Back at your cozy apartment, you'll find all the comforts of home. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Savor your culinary creations at the dining table, or unwind in the living room with a movie on the smart TV. Stay connected with the provided WiFi.

When it's time to relax, you'll find essentials like towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. An iron and board are available for your convenience, and the air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable year-round. Additionally, we provide four seasonal beach badges so you can enjoy the beach free of charge. We kindly ask that you return the badges before check-out so they can be available for future guests. Please note that each badge carries a replacement fee of $80 if lost.

Great time!

We had a great time the apartment was convenient to everything. Some of the surrounding properties and areas were a little rough but there is nothing the owners can do about that. We would stay again!

The property was as advertised! It was up to date, very comfortable, clean, and cool thanks to the air conditioners throughout. The host responded to messages quickly and helpfully. The location of the property was amazing. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk and plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Lovely beach getaway

We spent a few days down the shore, and Seaside was beautiful. The waves were kid friendly, the beach was clean and sandy, and the boardwalk was walkable and felt safe. Our stay at the house was exactly what we needed: close to the beach, easy to get to, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teens. Highly recommend!

Ocean Breeze and perfect ease

Very clean, had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Beach chairs they have are the really nice ones with built in coolers. Short walk to everything. Park your car and no need to drive anywhere! Bathroom is huge. My only wish would have been for mirrors in the all 3 of the bedrooms and some additional ice cube trays.

Amazing Place

The place was very clean and tidy. Beautiful kitchen and living area. It had everything we needed for our stay, plus 4 beach badges. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with host was very fast. We had a wonderful time at the beach.

Pleasant stay

The house was beautiful and very clean. There were no issues and check in and out went smoothly. The location on the map is wrong when booking so we did not stay where we thought we were staying but other than that is was all good.

This was great and clean and as advertised. I did not like the hidden cost of the insurance policy that pops up after you start the transaction. Who wants to leave a 3,000 deposit or pay an additional 89 per night for insurance that is not presented up front?

cute house, no complaints

very clean, lots of utensils and utilities. super close to beach and boardwalk so convenient to stay, just remember to bring seasoning/oil if you’re planning to cook, and sheets/blankets if bringing 6-7 people.

Convenient Beach Rental

Great location, clean living spaces, great size family room with 3 just right sized bedrooms. Great if you aren't planning on cooking and will be eating out a lot outside the apartment. Otherwise, make sure to bring what you need as there are no spices, salt, tin foil and at the time we rented (August 2023) there was only 1 sauté pan which made even making oatmeal a bit complicated.
