You can take Go North East services like the 60, 65, X6, or ED4 to Seaham. Buses stop on Station Road or Dene House Road, which are just a short walk from Parkview. From Durham, Bus 65 takes around 55 minutes.

🚆 By Train
Seaham Railway Station is the nearest station, about a 10–15 minute walk from 16 Parkview. Trains run regularly on the Durham Coast Line between Newcastle and Middlesbrough. From Durham, travel typically requires a transfer at Newcastle and takes around 1 hour 20 minutes.

🚕 By Taxi
A taxi from Durham or Sunderland takes around 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic. From Durham, expect to pay £25–£35. From Seaham Station, the ride to Parkview takes just a few minutes.

🚗 By Car
From Durham, take the A690 east toward Seaham, then follow signs to Parkside and Dene House Road. From Newcastle or Sunderland, use the A19 southbound and exit toward Seaham. Free street parking is usually available near 16 Parkview.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
