Walkable to all in Downtown Seaford! Clean 1 bed basement unit

Welcome to our colonial home in the heart of downtown Seaford! This newly renovated 1 bedroom basement apartment is the place stay when you want to be near it all: restaurants, train station, grocery store and more are within walking distance. Accommodations offer a clean, cozy and safe place to stay while you get to spend time in the place we call home. Please note ceilings at 6'1" high, this unit is not suitable for taller guests.
You are welcome to use the fire pit in our backyard to unwind after a long day.

Please note the workspace is a desk and chair found in the bedroom. This is a lower level unit and the ceilings at slightly over 6 foot high.

The place was very clean and is a block away from all of the town has to offer. You can walk to stores and restaurants. That made it so convenient to get items from the supermarket. My host Lindsey answered any questions i had. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything listed in the property description was accurate. The host reached out to me after booking, to ensure the accommodation would be a good fit, and her communication before and throughout the stay was top-notch. I appreciate that the door code is personalized for each guest - for those worried about safety, this is a good touch along with the added lock on the inside. This unit had everything I needed for a weekend on Long Island and was a good distance from everything. It was clean and quiet which was much appreciated. I was in town for a triathlon and found nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions worthy of a visit. If I find myself in the area again, I'd stay here for sure.

We were so happy to find this little gem in Seaford! Perfect location and perfect little home away from home. It has everything you need and easy access to everything nearby. We look forward to staying there again when we visit LI!

This was a perfect home base for my short visit to Long Island! It has everything necessary, was close to so many restaurants of all types and the host provided extensive information about the area. The host was communicative and friendly. An overall great stay!

Thanksgiving getaway

Basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and easy to access with keypad entry. It had all of the amenities I needed while visiting my family from out of town. I think it’s worth noting that a family lives above the apartment and you hear all of the activity overhead. Additionally, the HVAC ducts for the main house are directly above the bed, and they make tapping noises periodically. Once I became accustomed to the noises, it was ok.
