Welcome to your Sea Ranch escape. This 3-bedroom house sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to the Pebble Beach Trail with peaceful ocean and forest views.



The Space:

Settle into a relaxed, coastal-modern home designed for easy Sea Ranch living. Sleeping up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and two baths, the home offers a calm retreat with ocean and treetop outlooks and direct access to a lower deck from two bedrooms.

The primary suite features a cozy gas fireplace and a sliding door to the ocean-view deck—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. A flexible third bedroom/sunroom brings the outdoors in with panoramic windows and built-in window-side beds.



When you’re not exploring the trails or coastline, enjoy simple downtime with a stereo system, DVD player, and a selection of board games. Fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for casual dinners, and take advantage of the private washer and dryer to keep beach and trail gear fresh. Guests also have access to Sea Ranch’s communal outdoor pools.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow street parking overnight. Additional parking beyond what’s listed is not available.

• Stairs: The house has stairs.

• Connectivity: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote location, Wi-Fi and cell service in the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets.

• Access to communal amenities (pools) is included; availability may vary by the community’s schedule.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at this gorgeous house. We enjoyed the various balconies and views of redwoods & ocean. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The beds were very comfortable too. It was right across from the sea ranch lodge which made for convenient amenities throughout the stay. My only complaint is the size and location of the only tv in the living room (too small and low).

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay in Sea Ranch!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sea Ranch home. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four, including two college-aged kids. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit.We loved hiking the nearby trails, taking advantage of the community facilities, and winding down in the evenings with home-cooked meals and board games.The management company was excellent — very responsive and even proactively checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.We’d absolutely stay here again!

Comfy beds, beautiful views

This house is up in the forest at Sea Ranch. The views are distant Ocean through the trees, very pretty. Our group all agrees that the beds were very comfortable. We were also in agreement that the rest of the furniture in the house was not. The mid century look ikea furniture looks great but it’s Like sitting in a doctor’s waiting room not great for cozying up to the fire. we actually brought in our camp chairs because they were more comfortable.That being said we agreed that the showers were very good and the fire place in the master bedroom was pleasant.The bathrooms are both downstairs so you have to go down the rather steep staircase to get to the bathroom.. Not problem for young people but not great for older knees.. we had a great time and will return to Sea Ranch again will look for a house with. Fewer stairs.

Beautiful setting but needs TLC

Location amongst trees with ocean view close to hiking trails is awesome. Fireplaces in living room and bedroom are nice. Plenty of linens, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Dining room is quite nice with big table and nice views. Decks in front and back also very nice. Yellow rocking chair is comfy. So, the other stuff ...Had strong odor that only partially went away after airing out. Clothes washer seal was filled full of mold and mildew and remained smelly after some vigorous cleaning and disinfection. Rugs were dirty but came clean after washing. Oven door handle was broken. Some of kitchen equipment was moldy. Coffee maker looks good but coffee tastes like chemicals even after vigorous cleaning. Carpets need to be cleaned at least. Son and I did have a little trouble with allergies there but can’t be sure whether it was house or from outdoors. We enjoyed ourselves in spite of these limitations but home didn’t live up to what we normally expect from a sea ranch home.

Modern retreat

Loved the views off the deck, stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Both fireplaces created a cozy environment for our stay. We will definitely book again!

Clean, cozy, and unique

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area for a special wedding event. The house was very accommodating and had all the amenities. We utilized the dining room table at meal times and to play games when we weren't out enjoying the beaches and architecture. The fireplaces were a great way to warm up during the cold evenings. The kitchen was missing salt and pepper shakers - but everything else was superb! I'd also like to recognize the friendly staff who were so accommodating in setting up a lock box so we could get into the house after check-in hours. It was so nice to be able to shave off 30-40 minutes of our drive, since we were coming in on a late flight into San Francisco. Thank you again!

Dirty home - what a shame

Upon arrival we found both locks on the front door were very difficult to open. We didn’t use the bottom lock because we were concerned about the key getting stuck and breaking inside the the lock. A basket of worn and stained slippers were by the front door. Did the host expect us to wear them? The views from the windows were beautiful. However, all were dirty with droppings and the inside windows seemed to have been hastily gone over with water and a paper towel. The kitchen floor was dirty with debris, so we had to sweep it. The stove top was dirty. It smelled like burning plastic the first times we used it. The oven needs repair and therefore inoperable. We had to call in the maintenance person to shut it off and it took him a while to figure it out. Inside the refrigerator, to our amazement was a half empty bottle of wine. Did the host expect us to drink that? How insulting! We stayed at many locations at Sea Ranch and often received a full bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Inside the refrigerator was a large supply of opened, outdated condiments. The pantry was also filled with opened, outdated food. Did the host expect us to eat that? We suspected that the wrinkled, stained king sheets in the master bedroom were not washed. We had to pick out and brush off particles. There was no laundry soap for the washer and dryer so we couldn't wash them before use. There were no replacement sheets. In the other bedrooms we found 2 fitted queen sheets that were rolled up in a ball on a closet shelf. Upon complaint, the rental company said that clean sheets were available for us to pick up in the office but when we went there to retrieve them the office was closed. A television was listed as one of the amenities. however, it turned out to be a Roku TV with NO available programming to us because the owner did not share his subscriptions to Netflix, etc. So false advertising there. No hiking trail map was included in the packet. Previous owners have provided trail maps in their welcome packet. Upon complaint the rental company insisted there was one but it was a lot map instead. So, we had to go out and find a vendor selling trail maps. We've requested a full refund of the cleaning fee we paid for in advance. We love the Sea Ranch landscape and managed to enjoy our vacation despite the flaws. We booked this home because of previous reviews. It is very troublesome and stressful to arrive at a dirty home for a week's vacation.
