Just steps from Shell Beach, enjoy the private hot tub and ocean views in this hundred-percent remodeled Sea Ranch home. This is the NorCal getaway that you've been waiting for! Bahari House is in north Sea Ranch, 300 yards from Shell Beach, five miles from Gualala, and about 55 miles from Mendocino. Enjoy access to the Sea Ranch pools and parks, and The Sea Ranch golf links are 3 miles away. Shell Beach is an easy few-minute walk away!

There are four bedrooms in a suite layout (pun intended), four desks, fiber internet, a top-floor kitchen/dining/living room, board games, puzzles, coffee bar, and a central family room with a 65-inch TV downstairs. With the Bahari House login, enjoy complimentary TV & movies through YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney+.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Leave the car in the Driveway

We let our California adult children choose the Sea Ranch location for our annual Spring Break celebration, located between our son’s East Bay home and our daughter’s Humboldt home base. The sparkling clean beach house was filled with everything we needed to cook, eat, play, soak, and rest after hours spent on the paths and beaches only a stone’s throw distance from our home away from home. A special treat was the educational value of the Seal Nursery docent program, providing quiet monitoring and unobtrusive learning experiences for all ages.The Sea Ranch residents were uniformly friendly and tolerant of our temporary invasion of their Happy Place. We would’ve enjoyed a grill, but understand the need to protect the peaceful environment that defines Sea Ranch.

Excellent Sea Ranch Home

This is a lovely home that has been completely updated and refreshed. It is bright, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. It has great white water views for a home that is not on the bluff. Only 2 minute walk to Shell beach. We would appreciate a king size bed but the queen was comfortable. We would also appreciate it if the wood boxes for the fireplace were stocked but I know that is next level. :) I have stayed in a dozen Sea Ranch homes and this was so new and fresh and we really appreciated how comfortable it was. I highly recommend this home.

Dreamy!

We stay in Sea Ranch at least once a year. This was our favorite property so far! It was decorated so tastefully and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a group of two adults and five teenagers. The hot tub was wonderful and there was lots of games for us to play. The place is more beautiful in person, and the views were to die for . We saw at least five deer every day in the front yard, tons of quails, bunny rabbits, and hawks We can’t wait to come back here again next year!

Great place for a Sea Ranch getaway

The property is located close to the beach and is just a 5 minute drive from the Sea Ranch Links and 10 minutes from Gualala. The location is excellent and the house was well prepared for our arrival. Will definitely check if this is available for my next Sea Ranch getaway.

Wonderful location and Vasca is great to work with. This is an older property and needs some attention. Very 80's. This wasn't reflected in its online presence. Owners would be wise to update.

Perfect simple group getaway

Needed a few days away along with some friends and family. This filled the bill perfectly. Check in and logistics went easily and bedding/supplies were clean and in place. Not too many frills, TV is small and a little awkwardly placed in the living room, and furniture is a bit worn - but the point of being there is to chill, which we did heartily. Great value.

Superb Location

The Noyes property is wonderfully located within short walking distance to Tide Pool Beach, Shell Beach, and the children’s play area. The house itself is good for families; it has two queen beds and two bunk bed sets downstairs. The living area, dining area with a large table and kitchen are all upstairs with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen has most of the equipment one would need for basic meal preparation but there is no BBQ. The owners do not allow BBQing. The house also has a large hot tub that is sheltered from the wind.

Fantastic sea ranch location.

You can't beat this location. The house is steps from shell beach. The layout of the home comfortable fits 8. The top floor opens up to both western views of the ocean and south eastern views of the hills. I will say the kitchen is not a cooks paradise. You can get by and cook a meal but don't attempt anything fancy. Knives are dull, one mixing spoon, etc. Hot tub was clean and kept its temperature. All you really need from a hot tub.

Shell Beach Amazing and Harbor Seals! Bed's Aweful

We had a great time in Sea Ranch, Shell Beach is magical, and the Harbor Seals a short walk, and the forest. However, the beds in this house are horrible and no-one got a decent night sleep. It would also be useful to have all four bunks in one room, and a double in the fourth room. There was also not enough blankets as it gets cold in the evenings. We will be going back to Sea Ranch, but not to this house, I would suggest in investing in new beds and raising the nightly rate.

Don't do it!

This house, though ideally located, is old and needs a complete upgrading. The view is wrong, limited both by height of the windows and the direction they face. The furniture, including the beds, are uncomfortable. The kitchen is right out of the '50s, with tired utensils and appliances. There is no central heat and one is required to build fires in the wood stove with either no wood or wet wood. You get the idea???
