Fantastic Location! This spacious and meticulously maintained 5 bedrooms, 3 bath home, located along the famous “Fish Alley”, is waiting for YOU! Thoughtfully designed for entertaining, this bright and airy move-in ready home is steps away from the bay. You will fall in love with everything 4305 Park Road has to offer. The sun-soaked open living space boasts large windows, vaulted ceilings and is perfectly suited for post beach relaxation. Enjoy the sunset, sipping after dinner beverages on the new maintenance-free deck overlooking the bay. The spacious kitchen features gas cooking, a breakfast bar, and plenty of counter space, great for cooking large family meals. Five nicely sized bedrooms can be found throughout the home, each with ample closet space and an abundance of natural light. These bedrooms enjoy the use of 3 full bathrooms, one located on each level of the home, offering privacy for multi-generational families and visiting guests! The property, with its oversized garage and 5 -6 coveted off-street parking spaces, sits two blocks from the beach. Take a short walk to Sea Isle’s bustling town center offering ice cream shops, bakeries, shopping, pickleball courts and more!! The property lies midway between the beautiful Sea Isle Library and Children’s playground -two blocks in either direction. Residents of this Fish Alley home enjoy close proximity to Sea Isle City’s beloved seafood restaurants and markets, including Mike’s Seafood and Marie s Seafood.

Perfect home for a family vacation

Everything was just as stated and shown in the pictures. Andrew was very flexible with our last minute request, and quickly answered questions. The house is perfect for a family and close to many great restaurants, stores, the beach, or anything you could need. We’ve stayed at several homes in Sea Isle, and this was my family’s favorite. Hope to stay there again next year.

Property was not clean. Unclean dishes in the dishwasher. Trash left in the garage. Soiled bed comforters. Broken door stoppers. Trash left on balcony. Great location. Quiet. Upkeep needs a lot of attention for the cost. It would also have been great if we were informed that linens AND toilet paper, paper towels, etc., are not furnished. Wasted time running to stores.

okay

stayed here for a weekend for a wedding and there were spills on the carpet, stains on the walls, stains on the bedding. no toilet paper or towels for us to use. the house was nice but needs to be cleaned and needs basic things for guests to use.

Wedding weekend

My husband and I stayed here our wedding weekend and it was great! Andy was great when it came to communication with questions that I had. Anyone who had to stop by to grab something for the wedding was in awe of the condo. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation! This house is in a perfect location! Andrew was wonderful to deal with as well! I had emailed him during our vacation regarding how loud the A/C was and he responded immediately saying he will have it looked at. Other than the unusually loud A/C, it was a great house! Great place to gather

I booked this week for a family vacation with my 3 adult children who all live out of state. I had friends down for a couple days each, my son had some friends in and there was plenty of room for all.I was happy to share this beautiful place with them. Walking distance to all the necessities - beach, bars, fish dinners and ice cream!

We had a great stay in a great location in Sea Isle. The house was in good condition and was more than big enough for our family of 6. Andrew was very communicative/responsive towards any questions we had before and during the stay. I would definitely return.

Mother’s Day weekend

Online it looked great and sounded like the owners took pride in their property. They were careful who they rented to. No pets. Asked renters to be careful of uses of juice, wine etc. I’m assuming so it did not land on the carpet! Living there looked like the owners had not been in quite awhile. The carpets were very dirty. A cleaning would not help them- need to be replaced with other flooring. Some of the mattresses did not have bed bug covers and the mattress pads were gross, as were the pillows. I was glad I brought my own! Shower curtain liner torn and partially hanging. There were tissues and the like under and behind the beds. I happened to be staying in the 3rd floor queen bedroom and that was not bad at all. The dresser drawers were all clean and freshly lined. The twin bedroom next to it was not nearly as nice or clean. The owner was very attentive when the keypad was not working for us to get into the house. We appreciated that! I did write to him and said how disappointed we were in the condition of the house. Some of it could have been corrected by the cleaning service they have. The potential for this house is good , but it definitely needs some updates and a lot of attention!

Sweet Family Spot!

Ok, so we were looking for a quick family beach weekend since we haven't been away all summer. We stumbled on this perfect little family spot in Sea Isle City, a gem of a little Jersey Shore town. We checked in Friday afternoon; seamless. Andrew, the owner, set our code into the lock and we just showed up. We communicated with him a couple times on the VRBO app and he was very pleasant and helpful. What we didn't know is that this little spot is in a sweet location, for many reasons. It's right across the street from a great little ice cream shop. It's also on 'Fish Alley', which is where a bunch of nice food places are located. We just walked to pick up our food every night. It was right out the door. Also Sea Isle is small, so everything is walking distance. There's a park with basketball courts, bakeries for morning coffees, as well as nice family restaurants if you want to go out. We also were able to walk to Church Saturday evening as it's a block away from the house. The walk to the beach is a leisurely stroll of about 3 minutes. This is a sweet spot, right in the center of the action, but far enough from the night life so the kids can get to bed early. As for inside, the appliances are all working and updated. The bedrooms are cozy and it's actually 10 sleeping spots in beds. 2 queens, 1 full, 5 twin beds. 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. The garage space was nice to store our beach stuff each day. It was really cozy. A sweet spot!

Great location and price, with some shortcomings

Location was great, within walking distance to many shops, the bay and beach. House was large, great for 9 of us. The beds were terrible. Among the worst beds I've ever slept on and I tried a few because my back hurt so bad. Also the thermostats were locked to a temperature and it allowed the bedroom on the main floor to get very warm at night. If it wasn't for the price I might have given this 3 stars.
