"The hotel is absolutely stunning and you feel like you are literally walking into Europe. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff was all very nice. My only complaint is they should have a coffee shop or coffee machine available as the hours for the restaurant are very limited. The streets are very busy and there is not anything within walking distance to get coffee. They do have a pantry for snacks and supplies, but again no coffee, which is a staple. "Very poor customer service. The free airport shuttle offered per website was unreachable by phone per instructions and number given and I had to take a car service to get to hotel instead..the matter was not handled well by the front desk staff. Very mediocre hotel"

"The room was very clean and the front desk attendant, David, was very helpful. He assisted us with getting a late checkout. We wish that the hotel had a pool or a hot tub, but it wasn’t a great location only five minutes from Manhattan Beach. Our only complaint is that breakfast ended at 9 AM. We really would prefer 9:30 or 10 as we are on vacation. Expedia website said that breakfast went till 930 but it only went till 9 AM. We would not have booked her if we had known that."

"Toilet trash bin didn’t have bag, not enough towels, front desk lady's with attitude, charged for parking even though we reserve a room, didn’t tell us they would charge for parking. Outdated ac unit, dirty lobby, poor smell of lobby, rooms, and bathroom. Very unhelpful staff. Worst hotel experience in my life. Last time going over there."

"Horrible experience. Room wasn’t ready. Finally out us in a room with AC not working. They brought over 2 fans while the AC is being looked at, but could guarantee it being fixed. Had to check out. Will lot recommend this place.."

"Very clean hotel and the staff was very professional but courteous. I was informed at the front desk of all hotel amenities. The breakfast was very good and the omelette chefs were also very courteous and made delicious omelettes for us. The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was knowledgeable and guided us to the correct terminal after we were somewhat confused about the airline. We were extremely satisfied."

" The welcome crew where very nice and helpful. Helped to find a room for my sister and close to each other. The rooms were clean. But i do not recommend buying the breakfast and including it to your stay. Not worth it. Its better to buy it somewhere else. It was a small selection and not tge greatest. "
