🔑 ACCESS TO THE HOUSE (EXCLUSIVE, IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING):
Casa Vacanza Coralli is located on the SECOND FLOOR, accessible only by stairs (no elevator), in a quiet residential area.
The entrance to the complex is shared, but the apartment is entirely for your exclusive use.
All spaces and amenities are reserved only for you.
We, the hosts, live in the apartment next door in a discreet and independent way—available if needed, but never intrusive.
In short: only the entrance and the stairs are shared.
Once inside, the home is all yours.

 
🅿️ PARKING (ON THE STREET, RIGHT OUTSIDE):
Parking is available on the street right below the house, in a quiet and easily accessible area.
You arrive, park, and you’re immediately ready to start your holiday—no unnecessary driving around or stress.
A simple and practical solution, especially appreciated for everyday convenience.

🔑 CHECK-IN: IN PERSON OR KEY PICK-UP
Whenever possible, check-in is in person by 21:00, so we can welcome you and explain everything calmly.
If you arrive later, or if you prefer full independence, we will indicate a convenient and safe place to pick up the keys.
All instructions are sent before arrival in a simple and clear way.

⚠️ GETTING AROUND & MOBILITY
🚗 A car is recommended to move independently to Sciacca town center, other beaches, and main attractions, given the quiet and private location of the house.
🚌 The local bus runs only at certain times and on limited routes.
🚕 Private taxis available (❌ Uber or similar services are not available)


ℹ️ A FEW THINGS TO KNOW:
• Mosquitoes in the warm season
As in many seaside and countryside areas in Sicily, mosquitoes may be present during the summer months, especially in the evening.
We recommend keeping the mosquito screens closed in the evening and, if you wish, using personal repellents.

• Beach and neighborhood in high season
During the peak summer weeks, the beach and the surrounding homes may be busier.
Despite this, the house maintains privacy and independence, set within a tidy and quiet residential context.

 
🛏️ USE OF THE 2ND ROOM (bookings for 2 guests)
If there are two of you and you would like to use the second bedroom as well, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare it for you.

 
📜 HOUSE RULES TO BE AWARE OF AND ACCEPT BEFORE YOUR STAY:

📝 CONTRACT + 🆔 IDENTIFICATION (MANDATORY):
After booking, you will receive:
• the Tourist Rental Agreement to be signed digitally — we use the written form as required for rental agreements (Law 431/1998, art. 1 c.4 + DL 50/2017).
• the Link for Document Registration (ID), necessary for communication to the police authorities (art. 109 TULPS / Alloggiati Web).


🗑️ WASTE MANAGEMENT (MANDATORY):
Separate waste collection is mandatory and must be complied with according to the municipal calendar, which you will receive in the house manual and which will be explained at check-in.
🚫 Waste must never be left inside the house for any reason.
🕗 Every evening, you must place the bins with the bags outside the gate, following the indicated calendar.


🚭 SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (including electronic cigarettes). Smoke detectors are present and will trigger the alarm.
✅ Smoking is permitted on the balcony/outdoor areas.


🔑⚡ ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
The apartment's electrical system is controlled by a small key connected to the house keys. When you leave, this key must be removed, thus deactivating the electricity throughout the apartment, with the exception of the refrigerator and kitchen appliances. This system is designed to ensure safety and energy sustainability.


🩴 CLEAN YOUR FEET WHEN RETURNING FROM THE BEACH:
When returning from the beach, it is mandatory to thoroughly clean your feet before entering the house and climbing the stairs.
Sand on the stairs can cause slipping and compromise your safety.
