Strandperle Appartement 203

The "Strandperle" is located in the center of Haffkrug, directly across from the new pier. The row of shops on the first floor of the building features a bakery-café as well as various other cafés and restaurants, and there are more in the neighborhood. The two-room apartment (60 m²), located on the second floor, is easily accessible by elevator and is fully equipped to accommodate up to three adults (no children).

The living room features a new, large sleeper sofa that provides sleeping accommodations for a third adult (sleeping area: 2.15 x 1.20 m). A swivel armchair with a footstool, a large smart flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player and Wi-Fi, a spacious dining area, versatile lighting, and plenty of reading material and games round out the amenities.

The semi-open kitchen, with a separate entrance, features a dishwasher, an oven with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Senseo and filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and an air fryer, and is connected to the living area via a counter.

The bedroom has a spacious closet with mirrored sliding doors and a comfortable double box-spring bed (sleeping area of the two mattresses: 1.80 x 2.00 m). There is also another wall-mounted TV and an armchair here. The living room and bedroom can be completely darkened using an electric exterior blind. Both rooms provide access to the balcony.

The bathroom, featuring a spacious shower, was redesigned in early 2025.

The large, furnished, and covered balcony offers a view of the spa park and the new spa house. Here, you can enjoy the afternoon sun. For additional views of the sea and coast, you can use all of the house’s side balconies—as well as the large sun terrace on the fourth floor.

During the 2026 season, from May 15 to September 15, a beach chair on the beach directly in front of the building (30 meters away) is included with the apartment. A parking space in the building’s courtyard, marked with the apartment’s number, serves as your designated parking spot—you can see your car directly from the balcony. You can access the courtyard through a gate. In the courtyard, there is a separate, lockable bike room for your e-bikes, where you can also charge the batteries for free.

The apartment’s floors are covered with laminate. This is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. For your shopping needs, there is a large REWE supermarket in the town of Haffkrug.

Located in an exclusive setting between the spa park and the Baltic Sea, the Strandperle apartment building is situated right in the center of Haffkrug. The two-room apartments are high-quality and tastefully furnished, offering stunning views of the sea and the Haffkrug pier or the spa park. There is a modern bakery right in the building that serves breakfast and offers a view of the sea, and there are various cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. All apartments are easily accessible via the passenger elevator (dimensions: 0.75 m x 0.80 m). For even more views of the sea and coast, the building features four side balconies as well as a large, furnished rooftop sun deck! Behind the building lies the beautiful spa park, complete with a lovingly designed children’s playground.
