Apartment 2 is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a historic 200 year old Georgian town house. We provide free WiFi, central heating, a TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and washing machine and 1 bathroom with a bath and shower. We welcome pets and have designed the apartment to be family friendly and also ideal for couples. Granby House is in a perfect location for a seaside holiday, only 250 metres from the town centre and very close to all the shops, restaurants and amenities. The 160 year old artisan Market Hall is only a couple of minutes walk where you can enjoy fresh bread or coffee in one of the many independent cafes. We are also only 350 metres from the South Bay Beach. The North Bay Beach is a pleasant 15 minutes walk with easy access to the Scarborough Open Air Theatre and Alpamare water park. Granby House is only a 15 minute walk from Scarborough railway station or a short taxi ride. If you are driving, on street parking is available and we can leave you parking permits at a cost of £6 per day(free during the summer school holidays).
