A stunning first floor apartment with sea view and Juliet balcony, sleeps four perfect for a family. North Bay Sands Apartments are a fantastic group of apartments situated right on the seafront of Scarborough’s North Bay. All the apartments are of 5 star luxury standard, with luxury toiletries and dressing gowns provided, and with the added benefit of free parking. There is a main reception area as well as a gymnasium and shops, and just a few steps from the main reception door and you are on the beach, you couldn’t be any closer. From the apartments you have the lovely long Marine Drive where there is a nice flat walk of over 3 miles travelling from the North Bay to the South Bay, with the castle perched on the clifftop separating the two bays.

    The Alpamare Waterpark is close by, a popular attraction with a wave pool, slides and chutes, great entertainment for those of you with children. Peasholm Park is just across the road with its stunning gardens and walkways. Have a go on the pedalos and rowing boats that are on the park lake or sit and listen to one of the many brass bands that play there during the summer. The open air theatre, the largest in Europe, is a 5-minute walk where you can see many international acts in high season. You are close to shops, bars, restaurants and theatres plus the advantage of being in one of the most enviable positions in Scarborough, right on the beach front. Beach 50 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

Apartment location is hard to beat in Scarborough, right on the front with beach and Peasholm park easily accessible. Reserved parking space is always a bonus and the parking bays are of a good size and as with everything else inside the fob accessed secure area. The apartments are very spacious and overall in very good condition, a few signs of end of season tiredness presumably caused by previous guests but nothing serious. No problems with any of the appliances, showers worked well and plenty of hot water. Being extremely picky I personally found the thick duvet cover on a bed in a centrally heated apartment too much but my wife loved it! We would certainly like to return one day.
