"Very disappointed with the poor quality of my stay. Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. "This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. The bed linens were dirty, but the owners gave me the closet code to gain access...

"Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving...

"The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean.
