Holiday Inn Norwich by IHG
Holiday Inn Norwich by IHG"Accessible room. We love the spacious room with a fridge (so useful for some medication). The room was clean and stocked with basic tea, coffee and milk. The bed is a double. We would prefer a king-size but there would be less space around the bed. The mattress was very soft and not supportive. It was awkward, as people with reduced mobility, to sit on the side of the bed...my partner slid off. Also the bedside tables are tiny. More space is needed for medical equipment used at night plus a...
Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort
Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort"Room was shabby, furniture scratched and well-worn. Bathroom icy cold. However, on bringing these points to the attention of the staff, a heater was delivered - thank you. Obviously there was no quick solution to the shabbiness of the room (suite 2 Manor House). Some of the food was poor, but again on raising this, staff dealt with it. On balance, we feel the staff did what they could to manage our concerns."
Broadview Hotel
Broadview Hotel"Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect"
Holiday Inn Express Norwich by IHG
Holiday Inn Express Norwich by IHG"Walls in the room was dusty but overall rooms were clean. No issues with parking but disabled bay could have been little bigger. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. No hot beverage served in the evening."
Sugarbeat Eating House
Sugarbeat Eating House"Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal."

George Hotel, BW Signature Collection
George Hotel, BW Signature Collection"Friendly and helpful staff throughout the stay, from reception to brasserie to bar staff. The food prepared for the wake was delicious, and very welcome after the service at the nearby crematorium. Didn't try the breakfast as had to rush off for another appointment, but if it is anything like lunch the previous day, it would have been lovely"
