Inaccurate and poor internet connection
Bedroom descriptions are inaccurate- there are no king or queen beds.The mini splits in the bedroom worked but not fully. I would turn it to 66 and was still sweating through the night. Some things throughout the property are not well cared for (items in the bathroom broken and an outlet didn’t work)The internet is incredibly unreliable. There are options to connect to but even if you are connected to the correct one (per property manager) it continuously would kick us off. We weren’t there to watch tv all day, but for example- when we watched a 2 hour movie, we had to reconnect to the internet at least 4 times. We had to disconnect our phone and a laptop just to help keep the tv connected. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. She did help with the internet initially but once connected to the appropriate network- it was still a crappy connection. She also provided a hair dryer to replace the broken one. Was very communicative when we lost power for 4 hours during a storm. I did ask for some sort of refund given all these issues but it was declined. Given the option I would not return to this property given how much we paid for such a poor to moderately managed property.
