"I was upgraded to a suite in this hotel, which sounds great but actually was pretty useless. It had a kitchen but no crockery/utensils or cooker and the fridge wasn't switched on when I arrived. "Excellent hotel, good food, decent clean. Hotel managements should put more focus on clealiness. Only disappointment was, for dinner i have been told to order from room as resturant was full. Also there was noise in next door as wedding people were having drinks party. Again for those people, hotel should make different arrangements as we want to have good sleep in hotel."
