Townhouse, all everyday shops are within walking distance. The house has 7 large bedrooms (17 to 26 m²) and an office with a sofa bed. The house and its amenities are designed for 16 people. We can add 2 mattresses on the floor for children. For groups larger than 18 people, including children, we regretfully have to decline your request. The entire house is at your disposal. The barn, however, is not accessible. Ideal for gatherings with family or friends. Spacious bedrooms upstairs and welcoming common areas. Table football, ping pong, video projector. Garden and covered terrace. The charm of this 18th-century house also lies in its location near a river with, in summer, a beach, leisure area, and open-air café, with direct access from the (fenced) garden without having to use the road. Departure time can generally be delayed until late afternoon, unless we have an arrival on the same day. Cleaning fees are included in the price. 5% discount for bookings of one week or more. Additional services can also be added, for example: grocery shopping so your fridge is stocked upon arrival, activity bookings, pet sitting, airport/train station transfers.
