    We love our pets too, but pets are not allowed at our home.
    No smoking of any kind is permitted in the home or on the outside deck.
    Use of the private deck is limited to 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors.
    Upon checkout, we ask that you remove all garbage from the home and place it in the outside garbage bin. Our dedicated cleaning staff will take care of everything else.

    Age restriction: All renters and their guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent (I.D. Verification required after confirmed booking)

Beautiful Townhouse, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Access and clear instructions made checking in and out a breeze. Parking also a huge plus!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the waterside retreat. It was convenient to everything and extremely comfortable to stay there. Great communication with the host. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Couples Weekend

2 night stay in Savannah for a group of 3 couples. We had a great time. Property as advertised...very nice. Lots of nice touches everywhere; communication fantastic.

The property was well taken care of. The welcome emmeneties were very nice. Communication was great. Parking was easy. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have night stands in the bedrooms which would drive this to a premier 5 star property.

Lovely townhouse in walking distance of river and dining, shopping. My group (5 ladies celebrating our upcoming 70th birthdays) enjoyed the proximity to everything. Townhouse was a bit challenging for those of us staying on the top floor who are overpackers but we found solutions to the climb with our suitcases.Kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast, lunch as we ate most dinners out (within walking distance.Condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. Deck overlooking the river was an added feature to view the barges passing quietly on the river,Our host was spot on answering all of my questions immediately.Would definitely recommend and visit again

Wonderful Stay in Savannah

We stayed 3 nights in Savannah for a friend’s wedding. Loved the house! It was just as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the walk along the water to shopping and restaurants. Communication with property manager was great and so helpful with any questions/issues we had. Would definitely recommend this house!!

Absolutely perfect!

We celebrated my mother's 75th birthday here and it was absolutely perfect! Every detail of the home is stunning. The community is quiet yet conveniently located near the river in walking distance to restaurants and historical sites. The property manager's communication was warm, welcoming, and always timely. My family is ready to book our next stay! I truly appreciate the property owner and management for helping to make my mom's birthday one for the books! I hope they realize how much they influence the outcome of special milestones and occassions. We made lasting memories that meant so much to mom. Really grateful!
