Welcome to your industrial-modern loft getaway in Historic Downtown Savannah, where your daily living needs are preserved within our remarkably delightful spaces fit for working, relaxing, imbibing, and sleeping. Designed to converge both modern luxuries with tasteful nods to Savannah’s historic roots, each guest will enjoy our spaces featuring modern furnishings, Tuft & Needle mattresses, Parachute linens, Apple TVs, Public Goods amenities, local Perc coffee, and more. This loft includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit, and an Interior Define memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room all designed to allow your mind to escape the flurry of everyday life.

We offer a seamless and contactless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system.

Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay.

Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.

What a gem of a place to stay in downtown Savannah!!!

This property reminded us of a luxury apartment we lived at in Baltimore Maryland. The beds were comfy, amenities were perfect for our needs, and more importantly the property was within secured access in the historic area of town. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Location + Design

This property is in the historic district & so is in walking distance of everything we come to see in Savanah. It is comfortable for 4 people with stylish brick walls, very high ceilings, well appointed bathrooms & kitchen & lots of light. We loved it!

Outstanding location

The location was ideal and easily walkable to the entire Historic District. The apartment was clean with decidedly minimalist decor. My bed was comfortable, the furniture and the lighting were modern and stylish. The filtered water and in-unit laundry were appreciated. Punching in the room code was challenging, but having the instructions helped a lot and I felt very safe in the building. I was surprised and bummed that there was no box of tissues on hand.

Family vacation

Place was in a great location easy to walk to River Street and your the Historic District. The condo was really nice and clean. The only issue I saw was in the main hallway when you get off the elevator there was a bad smell like fog or cat pee it was so bad that we rushed into the unit to not smell it as it made us almost sick to our stomach. The management company was easy to text with and are very responsive great customer service.

Summer SCAD visit

The good: A great property and very clean. Location was perfect for what we were doing. The elevator was very prompt and great for a 4th floor stay. Seating was comfortable and sufficient in living. Unit was very quiet. The bad: The master bedroom was a little warm compared to other rooms. The TV wouldn’t get loud enough. The ugly: The hallway smelled of animal urine.

Black Swan in Savannah

Property was exactly as described. Location was great. We parked our car when we arrived in Savannah and didn’t need to use it until we left. We could walk to tons of great restaurants, historic houses and museums.

No Complaints

We had a great stay! Overall, no complaints. Conveniently located around everything we wanted to go to. Kept our cars parked in a local parking garage & walked on foot for the whole trip! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to come to the area. Check-in/out process was smooth & easy!

Awesome Stay

Walking distance to anything downtown…shops, restaurants, River Street. This was one of the best, if not the best trips I have ever had. Savannah is the most beautiful, historic place in America imo. Yes, we went on a guided ghost tour…a must when visiting what is said to be “the most haunted city in America.” “The Witching Hour” operated out of the “Flip Flop Shop” just around the corner. New pair of Hey Dudes and a ghost tour….what’s not to like ;)

Close to everything

Our Bachelorette group was looking for a nice, modern setting with walking distance to everything we wanted to do. This was it! We didn’t have to get back in our cars until it was time to go. The only downside was the construction that the city was doing in front of the place. It was beyond their control and by the second day we found the best routes to make it work for us. The property manager was prompt at responding to any requests.

Great spot!

Super cute spot, great location. Good options everywhere around and easy access to DOT Shuttle. Super walkable for most hot spots to visit. Only downside was construction on Broughton. Made for difficulty getting in and out with luggage and parking. I wish this had been listed in the VRBO description. It would not have changed our mind about booking but we would have been better prepared for that with 3 kids and all our luggage.

Great location

The apartment was just as beautiful as the pictures Location was amazing, you could walk to all the fun downtown and river street locations. The only negative was the air conditioner broke our second night there in the middle of summer. Made for a very hot and uncomfortable night. We were told a repair person would be coming but never showed up.

Location, location, location!!!!!

The apartment was in a great location , was able to walk anywhere in the city . The amenities were sufficient , wish there was appropriate seating in the living room . Wifi was available however TV/cable was difficult to navigate. The parking was a nuisance ! Unfortunately, construction was underway on the street of the loft . Despite all of these inconveniences, the stay was great. Stayed 4/14-4/24/2022.

ABOVE AND BEYOND FABULOUS!

I can't stop raving about The Grant in the heart of historic Savannah; it is a fabulous place to stay! The location is phenomenal - you really can walk to every spot from here. The apartment is gorgeous. I LOVED everything: the industrial loft vibe with the exposed brick ... the open space ... the beautifully renovated and super-modern bathrooms with rain shower-heads ... the open, industrial and perfectly outfitted full kitchen ... beautiful, high end dishes (do I need these at home? no; do I want them? yes!), electric kettle (uh oh: I want one for my home!), all SS appliances, Towle cutlery, lush towels, soft-as-can-be bed linens and the most comfortable mattresses, and the cozy living room where we hung out at the beginning and end of each day. I had some trouble figuring out the Apple TV system, but after some experimenting, I got it to work. We also discovered several excellent restaurants within an easy walk from the apartment ... and our grandkids discovered an ice cream spot just one block away. The property owner/manager was a pleasure to work with; he responded to my various questions and requests within minutes -- the customer service was top-notch. The building security system is excellent; you need a code to get into the building, and I liked that sense of security and safety. I wish I could have stayed in this gorgeous apartment way longer! Thank you to The Grant for making this space available; what a find! Everything about this place was simply above and beyond fabulous; I will be back!
