The Carriage House at Rose Estate is walking distance to all that historic downtown Savannah has to offer, but off the main path enough to enjoy peaceful nights and restful sleep on the Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses. There is no on-site parking, but the property is located in one of the few pockets of downtown Savannah where much of the street parking is still free instead of metered.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Please leave the premises if you need to smoke. Savannah is beautiful to walk around.

- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.
