Perfect little guest house with a dedicated parking spot. Great location and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again!

The cottage was nice. The house had an odor from being closed up. The cottage was a little hard to find because it's in the back of another house and the only way to get to it is from another street. The parking is tight, but we didn't have a problem with our Ford F-150 truck because my husband is experienced with pulling trailers. The steps in the house are steep but has a railing to help. I would stay there again but my husband said no because he struggles with steps.

Great place and minutes from Victory North. Private parking area right outside the door, however larger vehicles will have a hard time squeezing in. Additional parking on the main road. We attend many concerts and will 100% stay here again!

Easy access, price is very reasonable, good location, the house is clean, except for the caulking in the shower. It needs to be stripped and re-sealed as it looks like mold.

Parking was a little tricky, I have an expedition so it was a lil difficult getting into the spot, but we were told this before we arrived. The air was good. The carriage house Just seemed a lil worn down for the money. Location was great.

Great place to stay. It was very easy to find and parking was never a problem. The house was very clean, we will definitely be staying here next time that we come down.

Cozy place for a couple. Having a parking spot on property was great. Our vehicle was suburb Ascent midsize and had no problem. The apartment was conveniently located for walking and DOT bus.

We enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was wonderful for walking walking around.

Everything was great but the floors were dirty. Took my shoes off and feet got dirty.

Very cute place and so close to Forsyth square.

The place didn’t live up to our expectations. Other than the off street parking we were disappointed. Upkeep of the house is lacking. The usual amenities we have come to expect didn’t exist. For example, at least one nights worth of coffee grounds, shampoo and soap for at least a couple of days, extra towels, and if an appliance doesn’t work, don’t have it out for use (coffee maker). We have stayed in better for comparable prices, in Savannah. It wouldn’t take much to step this one up a notch or two.
