  • York Lane Carriage House es un retiro aislado perfecto para una escapada romántica de fin de semana.
    Ubicado en el segundo piso, este espacioso apartamento de una habitación ofrece comodidad y conveniencia excepcionales para dos huéspedes de Lucky Savannah. Ubicado en el centro, toda la rica historia de Savannah, excelentes restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento, museos y tiendas a solo unos pasos.

    El York Lane Carriage House es luminoso y acogedor, con mil pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, muebles atractivos y grandes ventanas orientadas hacia el este, el sur y el oeste. La sala de estar tiene mucho espacio para sentarse y relajarse mientras ve la gran pantalla de TV plana. Abierto a la sala de estar, la cocina totalmente equipada tiene todo lo que necesitará durante su estadía y la mesa de comedor cercana es el lugar perfecto para planificar su día. This apartment was perfect! As a homebody who doesn’t like to travel frequently, I felt very comfortable in this place. It was extremely clean, set up like a beautiful staged home, location was very convenient (parks and restaurants close by, but far enough away to keep the noise level down) and parking was always easily accessible within very close range (within a few doors down). I couldn’t have asked for more!

Nice place in a great locale if you want to walk everywhere and see the sights of old town Savannah. Perfect place by great food and all the historical sights you want to see when in Savannah for a weekend. Clean and comfortable. Free parking on the side street.

Perfect home base for Savannah visit

The property was perfect for our visit to Savannah. Conveniently located to everything in the historic district we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood to go back to at night. The property had everything we could have needed or wanted. Will stay again.

Birthday Weekend

The property was the perfect place for me and my husband to spend the weekend for my birthday. It is close to everything but just far enough to where it is quiet at night. Which made it perfect after a long day and night out and about. Would definitely stay there again.

10 year anniversary getaway

The carriage house was wonderful. It was close to everything and check in and out was a breeze. We were able to do our laundry which was nice. The water pressure was amazing! Beds were comfortable, the only complaint would be the sheets don’t quite fit the bed well and the corners come up. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would recommend is providing beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella. They apparently have rentals at the beach but not when were were there and from what I understand, the rentals were pretty expensive. Also suggest providing more than one hand towel for the bathroom and more than one hand towel for the kitchen.

Perfect Getaway Spot for Two!

Couldn’t have stayed at a better location. The property is close enough to walk to City Market, River St, and other points of interest , but just far enough that you won’t have to deal with all the crazy noise coming from those areas. We were able to find parking around the property every night…and that was during the 4th of July weekend. The property was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed to keep it that way -laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. They also provided us with sets of clean towels and small containers of personal higiene items. To the manager (s): I would allow guests to decide how low they want the A/C to be at. We could not set thermostat any lower than 68 degrees, which is considered warm for us specially through the night.

There was hair and dust on the bathroom floor and wall behind the door. The day of checkout, at around 10 the cleaning people walked right in and up the stairs, ummmm checkout is 11 and I did not check out yet. What if I was having an intimate moment and people are in there, completely unprofessional.

Don't believe Lucky Savannah advertising!!!

Ad stated "This unit has one private parking space behind the home". This was a big reason we booked the unit. After finding out there was no private parking we contacted Lucky Savannah and they denied that the ad stated this. We made a copy of the ad and sent it to them on 11/18/23. Still no response from them as of 12/1/23.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Walkable to the riverfront and many of the tourist attractions, along with cafés, restaurants and shops. Entrance is in back alley but is well lit. Clean, very comfortable and spacious. Nice amenities (dishwasher, laundry, ironing board, TV, etc). Street parking was only $12 for the day and we could pay with an app; no issues finding a spot close by. More face cloths and bath mats should be standard, but they were quick to drop more off. Shower doesn't drain very well, but again, they sent someone out right away which helped it a little. We would stay here again!

Clean, adorable carriage house

This was a wonderful experience. There is a flight of stairs up to the living accommodations but they were not an obstacle. We loved the clean, well kept carriage house. It had all the essentials and they were easy to find. We walked to everything we did in downtown Savannah without any trouble. The entrance is more of an alley than a street (think carriage house) but it was well lit and felt safe. We parked nearby in a free spot, though many spots nearby were paid parking. The paid parking spots were easily managed through the Savannah parking app. Checking in and out was seamless and information was easy to follow. Savannah is a great city and our carriage house was a perfect place to regroup.

Ok stay

There are a few things that I definitely think could be done for future guests. There really needs to be some extra blankets. It is nice to snuggle under blankets in the living room to watch tv, without having to remove them from the bed. Speaking of tv, upgrade to a smart tv so people can access their streaming services. And speaking of tv again, putting one in the armoire in the bedroom to be able to watch tv in bed. Maybe put a few extra wash clothes in the bathroom, and or towels for that matter. It's not a hotel where you can call down to the front desk to have them bring them up. The rug in the living room is terrible. It is hard on your feet to walk on it.I would give this stay at 3.5 rating I would say. Definitely could have used a little more hospitality feel. The other VRBO I have stayed at have a few bottles of water in the fridge and a few snacks on the counter. This was definitely more like a hotel stay kind of feel to the house.It was decent walking distance to all places.
