Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice Getaway

We stayed here while we were down in Savannah to see our son for SCAD's Parent/Alumni Weekend. This was a nice little place in a decent location. It was easy access to downtown Savannah but off the beaten path a little, so it was very quiet.The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our visit.

Had a couple of glitches. Code to enter the property did not work. But we got access to a physical key and was only a small inconvenience. The property had 2 microwave ovens, both of which did not work. We left the property before the problem could be fixed.

Great little house for traveling with a dog

Cozy and clean. Quiet neighborhood. And a nice fenced yard for my dog. About 15-20 minutes from River St. Will definitely stay here again

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the beds were comfy. A different set up would have been nice since we like to play cards and the table was a little tricky for that but we felt with it. Having a real meal there would have been tricky with the dining table. Would have to do buffet style. Location was great.

This place was awesome! We really enjoyed the quaintness and friendly neighbors. It was super clean and worked out great for us. If I could. Change anything it would be the initial smell when we walked in, it was like a dead animal smell. It faded away, but every else was perfect. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again!!

It had everything we needed: clean, comfy beds, safe, close to Savannah and restaurants/stores. . I took off a star because we were not made aware men would be coming to do lawn maintenance, which scared my child who was on the back porch. Overall, this place was great. We’d recommend TVs for the bedrooms.

Beautiful/Cozy Home

Great getaway home just 15 minutes outside downtown Savannah and only 20 min drive to Tybee. Great location overall, private backyard was great for our little puppy. Wi-Fi worked great and always a bonus to be pet friendly. A few minor inconveniences (no can opener, no TV in the bedroom, and no fan in the bedroom) but the owners appear to be very open to feedback and reviews as they have read reviews regarding having different types of coffeemakers which have been provided. Overall highly recommend as a family getaway home to Savannah.
