Sisäänkirjautuminen nettisivujen kautta oikkuili, ja ai-chat-asiakaspalvelu sekoili päivämäärästä, joten kului miltei tunti päästä rakennukseen. Sitten matkatavarasäilytyksessä kaikki lokerot oli varattuja. Huone oli kuitenkin erittäin mukava.
