Oaklands - Lovely Cottage, Walk to Beach

Puffin Cottage Holidays presents Oaklands, a three bedroomed cottage within walking distance of Saundersfoot's shops, beach and harbour.

Occupying a peaceful location, Oaklands is a lovely cottage located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the village but still just a 15 minute scenic woodland walk from Saundersfoot’s award winning beach and picturesque harbour. Boat and fishing trips depart daily from the harbour in the summer and Saundersfoot village boasts many delightful beach front cafes and shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes right through Saundersfoot village and, during low tide, much of the coast path can be walked along the beach.

There are many activities and attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities and the historic sea-side town of Tenby is just a short drive away.

Ground Floor: Enter into the hallway with doors leading to:

Bedroom 1: Twin beds. Built in wardrobes.

WC: Toilet and wash hand basin.

Garage: washing machine, freezer, door to garden.

A small flight of stairs leads up to the mid-level of the cottage:

Bedroom 2: Bunk beds and hanging space.

Kitchen/Diner: Well-equipped with all that you will need for your self-catering holiday including gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Dining seating for up to 6 people. Door leads to the split level garden with garden furniture.

A small flight of stairs leads to the upper floor:

Bedroom 3: Double bed. Ample storage with hanging space.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.

Lounge: Comfortable seating for up to 6 people. Smart TV, radio/CD player and gas fire.

Outside to the front there is off-road parking for one car.

To the rear of the cottage is the split level garden with patio and decked area which is furnished with outside table and chairs. Please note children should be supervised in the split level garden.
