For a sandy day on the beaches of Lake Michigan, head to the Oval Beach or the Saugatuck Dunes State Park, both less than a 10-minute drive.

Only 2 miles away you'll find all the fun and excitement of downtown Saugatuck. There are shops, restaurants, parks, galleries, and even a live theater with Broadway-quality shows.

Back at home you'll love the wooded surroundings and may even catch glimpses of birds, deer, fox, rabbits, and other wildlife in your backyard. The outside space of this home is where you'll want to be. The spacious deck is complete with outdoor furniture to relax with a book or just spend time with your loved ones. Or, relax in the hot tub after a full day exploring town. Gather around the fire pit in the yard for s'mores and laughter.

This home is situated in the woods. It is common to see animals, mice, and other vermin. The property is serviced twice monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If you flush other items, such as feminine products, it will cause a sewage backup into the showers. Please only flush toilet paper.
The garage is not included in the rental. There is room in the driveway for 4+ cars.
