A wood-burning fireplace adds to the home's original character, while the lower-level game room offers another space for groups of all ages to relax and have fun.



In the backyard, multiple levels of private outdoor living stretch from the house down to the Kalamazoo riverfront, creating space to relax, gather, and enjoy the natural setting. Follow the stairs down to the riverfront lawn and your private deep water dock for days spent along the water.
