This stylish vacation apartment offers 63 m² of living space on the first floor, with underfloor heating in every room.
The living/dining area is furnished with a cozy sofa set and a 45-inch Sony TV (including Netflix and other streaming services).
The apartment also features two elegant bedrooms, a chic bathroom with a shower and built-in radio, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a Panasonic TV and dining table) with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
On the balcony, a stylish seating area invites you to relax—ideal for breakfast in the fresh air or cozy evenings with a glass of wine.
A parking space is available directly in front of the property. A separate bike storage room is located in the basement of the house.
Pets are NOT allowed in the vacation rental, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

The property has 3 bicycles, which can be reserved for €5 per day per bike. You can book them in advance when making your reservation or on the spot at the Sassnitz Tourist Service. Use of the bicycles is at your own risk.

Arrive and feel right at home! We’ve already made up the beds for you upon arrival. The total price includes a linen package for each guest. This includes a duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, and hand towel. Additional linens can be booked.
• If requested in advance, a crib and a high chair can be provided for €10 each. The linens package includes children’s bedding and 1 shower towel + 1 hand towel.
