Villa rental 15 persons direct access to the beach + heated swimming pool

For your information, the swimming pool will remain heated for the 2026 All Saints' Day holiday. Villa Kerlalotte is located in Sarzeau, one of the towns in the Gulf of Morbihan, and overlooks the family-friendly Kerfontaine beach. The house has seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. Its direct access to the sea, as well as its heated and secure swimming pool, make it a unique property in the region. All the living areas (living rooms, dining room, and kitchen) and five of the six bedrooms have sea views. The days are punctuated by the tides and an ever-changing landscape. Kerfontaine beach has a gentle slope and is ideal for families with young children who can safely build sandcastles. We provide two paddleboards, and the Roaliguen sailing club is less than a kilometer away. The 11m x 5m swimming pool is heated from May to October. It is secured by a rigid electric cover and a barrier (visible only in a photo taken from the living room). The garden is very large (1600m²) and perfect for games of football, badminton, or ping-pong (all equipment is provided). Its large terrace in front of the pool is ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors, and the pergola will protect you from the sun. A charcoal barbecue and griddle are also available. A garden lounge is set up facing the sea for moments of relaxation and conviviality. Villa Kerlalotte is 250m² and laid out as follows: On the first floor: - a fully equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator / dishwasher / microwave / oven / hob / Thermomix / kettle / Nespresso machine / microwave…) - a dining room opening onto the sea: please note that the table can only accommodate 14/16 people maximum - a living room with a fireplace facing the sea - another lounge/games area with an authentic Bonzini foosball table and a TV (you have to have one!) facing the courtyard, called the "teen corner" »

At the rear, a parking area with an automatic gate allows you to park all your cars without difficulty. The rental price includes beds made upon arrival, bath towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. The house is only rented by the week, thank you.
