La Nocciola apartment is recently renovated and tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts.

The house has an outdoor area where you can savor the seductive delights of eating al fresco! The swimming pool (3 × 4 m) created in front of the wonderful panorama to enjoy relaxing time immersed in the nature.

Set in a privileged position on a hillside, surrounded by chestnut, olive trees and flowers, secluded location, embrace of the Apuan Alps inland and the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean sea from the islands of La Spezia gulf to the lighthouse of Livorno port. This is an ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre fishing villages and nature reserves, as well as accessing the local beaches.

LOCATION

The area around Sarzana caters to many different tastes, offering wealth of leisure time for people of all ages. Watersports enthusiasts can swim, windsurf, sail and fish in the Mediterranean, while sun-worshipers can bask idly on the unspoilt sandy beaches. The nearby inland Apuan Alps mountain range, which reaches as high as 1,750 meters above sea level, provides extensive opportunities for leisurely walking, more strenuous hiking, serious climbing or carefree cycling in fantastic scenery.

For those fascinated by history, art and architecture, the medieval town of Sarzana, set in the valley below, invites you to explore its beautiful historic center and magnificent churches, which acquired special importance ages.

If, however, it is exclusive regional cuisine that you had as in search of, the villages hugging the local coast-road from Mouth of Lean to Lerici boast some excellent fish restaurants.

The Hazel is within easy reach of the area's main sights of outstanding natural beauty and historic and artistic interest, such as the following: the medieval town of Sarzana (10 mins); the Cinque Terre villages; the Gulf of Poets; Porto Venere; Portofino; the Apuan Alps and the white-marble quarries of Carrara (20 mins by car); the beaches of Versilia (30 mins by car); the famous Tuscan towns of Pisa (40 mins by car), Lucca (30 mins by car) and Florence (1 hour).

Many other unspoilt beaches along the coast can be accessed by car in about 15 mins.

Regular daily ferry services operate from the local ports of Lerici, La Spezia and Marina di Carrara (15 kms away) to the Gulf of Poets; Porto Venere; the Cinque Terre villages; Portofino; and Genoa.

Kleines Paradies

Hübsche Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Pool, sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit den zwei Bädern auch groß genug für einen Urlaub mit zwei Teenagern. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu sehen und wunderschöne Strände. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Sara ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin uns immer erreichbar.

Es war sehr schön. Sehr ruhig. Das Schwimmbad ist zwar nicht gross, aber zum erfrischen und ein bisschen schwimmen hat es gereicht. Einziges kleines Manko waren die vielen überreifen Feigen, die am Boden lagen. Ansonsten ist es nur zu empfehlen

Tolle Aussicht

Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer super Vermieterin. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Alles sehr ordentlich und gepflegt und sehr sauber. Was auch toll war mit 4 Erwachsenen sind zwei Bäder. Der Pool ist schon sehr klein und man fährt schon ein gutes Stück den Berg hoch aber dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt. Wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Sara!

Cortesia e relax

Cercavamo una settimana di relax e l'abbiamo trovata, una location fantastica con un panorama eccezzionale, i proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno messo a nostro agio fin dal viaggio di arrivo rendendosi disponibili anche a venirci incontro avendo avuto un piccolo problema con l'auto. Vacanza ideale per tutta la famiglia. Anche il nostro cagnolino è stato benissimo.

Traumhafte Flitterwochen

Der Aufenthalt bei Sara war einfach nur traumhaft. Eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Begrüßung, Sara hat zufällig mitbekommen dass wir geheiratet haben, daraufhin hat sie alles mit Herzluftballons, Selt etc. Geschmückt, eine wunderschöne Überraschung. Wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen mit unserem Hund in Sarzana, ein idyllischer Ort zum entspannen. Wir fanden die Abgeschiedenheit super, die Fahrt in die Stadt dauert lediglich 15min . Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung sauber und mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. (Wirklich alles) Sara hat uns während des Aufenthaltes immer mal wieder mit kleinen Leckereien überrascht, frische Gurken aus dem eigenen Garten oder frisch gelegte Eier der eigenen Hühner. Auch die Familie ( Kinder und Großeltern) waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich , einfach liebenswert. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder . !!!!! Wunderbar

Wonderful stay at Liguria

Wonderful apartment and location. The equipment of the apartment offers everything you need. Perfect place for day trips like to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre etc. If you stay at the apartment you can totally relax and enjoy the private pool and garden. The Owner Sara is very cordial and courteous and helps with all matters.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à trouver l'endroit qui est en colline mais l'hôtesse est venu nous chercher et nous a conduit jusqu'à destination. L'endroit a une vue magnifique, le logement est magnifique et l'hôtesse est hors pair. D'une gentillesse, d'une serviabilité et de conseils incroyables!! Un super séjour dans un endroit magique. Tolle Gastgeberin, traumhafte Wohnung

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Sara hat uns super sympathisch mit Wein und frischen Eiern begrüßt und war während unseres Aufenthaltes super hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, toller Urlaub 👍👍

Traum Wohnung mit eigenem Pool, tolle Aussicht und eine unbeschreiblich nette Vermieterin.

Wir hatte eine wunderschöne Woche Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, auch Seife, erste Gewürze, Tücher, Tüten .... falls hier etwas vergessen wurde. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurden auch frisch geerntete Tomaten, Gurken etc. Wasser und Wein als Willkommensgrus bereitgestellt. Zur Abkühlung war der Pool ein Traum. Gut war der Treffpunkt zur Abholung beim Check-in, da der Weg die Serpentinen hoch doch schon etwas länger braucht. Sehr schmal und steil. Hier ist man gut bedient, im Vorfeld alle Einkäufe zu erledigen, dann kann man die Bergauszeit genießen. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, und sympathischste Gastgeberin die wir bisher hatten.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Will man vor Ort grillen, sollte man an eine Grillzange denken. Sogar viele deutschsprachige TV Programme waren vorhanden. Der W-Lan Empfang ist relativ eingeschränkt. Sowohl in den Schlafzimmern, als auch auf der Terrasse ist der Empfang nur eingeschränkt möglich. Die Fliegengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenster waren sinnvoll. Wir wurden öfters mit Obst- und Gemüsekörben überrascht. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.!

We loved staying here! The pool was a hit with my boys. Take your time on the hill up to the property - we followed Sara up at check in which was helpful. The home had everything in it. It’s even better than the description.

Vue imprenable

La vue se mérite car il faut monter une belle route de montagne pour arriver à la maison. La première montée est impressionnante mais on s’y fait vite. La vue est magnifique et la maison est au calme. La piscine est très appréciable quand il fait bien chaud. 2 petits désagréments pendant notre séjour : le débit d’eau chaude insuffisant pour les douches et l’accès au wifi un peu difficile. Pour le reste, rien à redire, c’était très bien.

Absolutely beautifull and perfect

We had a lovely stay. The house and the view is incredible, you defintely will take the long small ride up (15minutes) the mountain for granted. Communication with host Sara is very good and we really recomend this place!

Wir haben zwei sehr entspannte, sonnige Wochen bei Sara verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, entspricht genau der Darstellung und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse mit kleinem privaten Pool hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick ins Tal. Das einzige Manko der Abgeschiedenheit: Jegliche Aktivität (Einkauf, Ausflüge etc.) ist mit einer längeren Autofahrt (20 Min+) verbunden. Ansonsten der perfekte Platz, um ein paar Tage oder Wochen in der Sonne zu entspannen - sogar mit Hund wie in unserem Fall. Sara war uns eine exzellente Gastgeberin und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.

Wunderschöne Wohnung,super ausgestattet (alles da!),sehr ruhig,grandioser Blick,supernette Vermieter

Wir haben uns 14 Tage in dieser Wohnung toll erholt. Die Vermieterfamilie ist superfreundlich, hat sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert und hat ganz toll Rücksicht genommen. Wir haben sie nur wahrgenommen, wenn wir sie auch gebraucht haben oder eine Frage hatten. Es ist uns sehr schwer gefallen, wieder nach Hause zu reisen.

Excellent host, and high value for money!

We had a very pleasant 3 nights in a superior apartment, just matching our needs as family With two small kids. The apartment looked as being build yesterday, nice and very clean and with "accessories" beyond what could be expected. Clearly a recommendation from our side!

Schöner Kurztrip

Hallo zusammen, ich meine Freundin mit Hund und einem Befreundetem Pärchen, sagen folgendes. Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich in einem top zustand sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, dass einzigste was gefehlt hat war ein Grillzange ;). Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht uns immer weiter zu helfen und spricht einwandfrei Englisch, Die Eltern die oben drüber wohnten haben wir garnicht mitbekommen. Obwohl wir manchmal bis weit in die Nacht laute Musik hörten. DIE LAGE. Es ist sehr schön wenn man dran ist echt eine super Aussicht, nur der Meerblick hält sich in Grenzen. Was etwas nervig war war dass man morgens zum Bäcker immer eine halbe stunde fahren hat müssen. Im allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.
