Between the Haute-Garonne and Hautes-Pyrénées departments, this modern house is a haven of peace: its thick walls provide welcome coolness during the summer days, while its modern amenities offer every comfort. Here, time seems to slow down, offering you a moment of absolute serenity with family or friends. Upon arrival, park your vehicle (spaces for 2 cars) with ease to the side of the house and discover a gravelled area adorned with young trees and a lawn. You will enjoy a large outdoor terrace: the perfect place to share leisurely breakfasts in the sun or summer dinners under the stars, accessible directly from the living room. Here, there is no city noise: only the peace and quiet, the fresh air, and the church bell will set the rhythm of your holiday! Inside, the house offers generous living spaces spread over three levels. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room opening onto the living room, a comfortable lounge area perfect for gatherings, a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (with a double bed 140x190cm), an adjoining shower room with shower and toilet, a washing machine, and ample storage. Upstairs, there's space for everyone: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a private shower room and separate toilet with washbasin, and a mezzanine dormitory with three single beds (90x190cm) accessible from one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms and the ground floor are air-conditioned. The Gîte Communal invites you to an authentic getaway surrounded by nature: enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, share a meal on the terrace, and take in the view of the Pic du Midi… Pets are not allowed (the property is not fenced).
