We designed the Magnolia Shedhaus to feel remote and tucked away, while still being just a short drive from major cities, outdoor adventure, and local attractions. It’s an ideal place to disconnect, read, rest, relax in the hot tub, or stargaze—then pop into town, the lake, or Oxford when you’re ready for some activity.

Sleeping & Loft Space

The Shedhaus includes a loft area with a full-size mattress, offering an additional cozy sleeping space with a tucked-away, cabin-like feel.

Please note:

The loft is accessed by a ladder and is best suited for guests who are comfortable climbing.



Use of the loft is at your own risk and discretion and may not be appropriate for young children or anyone with mobility concerns.



Outdoor Amenities – Hot Tub

Guests have access to a private hot tub near the unit, perfect for unwinding after a day at the lake, in town, or on the road.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that you:

Follow all posted hot tub rules



Supervise children at all times near the hot tub



Avoid glass containers in and around the hot tub area



Property Details

You’re visiting a quiet area with no close neighbors—just you, the Shedhaus, and the open woods. You may explore parts of the property at your own risk, keeping in mind:

The pond area is not open for fishing, swimming, 4-wheeling, or other activities.



If you’re traveling in an RV/Camper, we have plenty of parking, but no hookups or dump station.
