Stunning and comfortable condo with pool view in Pacifico!

Relax in this Pacifico two bedroom spacious condo overlooking one of the beautiful pools. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. It is well appointed and also filled with amenities. This is a third floor condo by stairs. The parking onsite is complimentary and you are located in a gated community with amazing pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, poolside restaurant and more! You are walking distance to the beach and town. A car is optional.

This is a very open setting with a lot of space to relax and enjoy plus the extension of the terrace overlooking the pool is delightful! There is an electric grill to use on the terrace as well. There are two full bathrooms with all the amenities and the wifi is strong. You will love the ease of having a vacation and being close to so much. The LIR airport is only 25 minutes away too!

You have full access privately with the condo and terrace! The pools are all shared as is the parking lot. There are not assigned parking space. The beach club for Pacifico is $25 per person per day that is used as a credit for food and drink! Easy! You will need to make sure after reservation that you send us all the names in your group. There are QR codes that you will each need to enter the gates per the rules of the complex. It is very easy to use the QR codes. Our team is here to help you have a great time!

There is no smoking of any substance in the home or on the terrace. Smoking is permitted in the parking lots. The quiet hours are 10pm -7am.
All trash must be placed in the trash bins in the parking lots. They are in private bins with doors labeled TRASH
Please follow all pool and community rules. If we receive notice from the complex of problems, you could be asked to leave without a refund.

Adult couple chose this Pacifico unit for its location to groceries, restaurants and access to Pacifico beach club. Clean, well equipped unit. Balcony was spacious and it received morning sun which we enjoyed while it was shaded in the afternoon allowing full use of the balcony. Pacifico development itself is nicely landscaped and maintained, as are the pools. We enjoyed the Pacifico Beach Club 2x and used the complimentary shuttle to go to and from. We did not rent a car which was not a problem as most tour operators pick up in Coco Beach. Recommended.

The property was great. We enjoyed the swimming pool and poolside umbrellas and lounges. There was some distance to the beach but well within walking distance. The Beach side Club was greatly appreciated. Overall a good relaxing holiday.
