Paradise Villa 01 is a private two-story home in El Coco that is just a one-minute walk from the charming beach of Playas del Coco. This 2,666 sq. ft. (248 m²) modern home with bohemian flair offers three bedrooms that are beautifully furnished with contemporary decor, an open-concept living space with high ceilings and windows, and a spacious backyard with a private swimming pool and outdoor kitchen.

The Space:
Paradise Villa 01 has three clean, spacious, modern bedrooms located upstairs that can comfortably sleep seven guests. This master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a furnished patio, and a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a massive walk-in shower featuring a rainfall showerhead. The master bedroom and bathroom have a bright, cheerful design, with turquoise accent walls, stylish wood furniture, and several windows to welcome natural light inside.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, high-quality wood furniture, and calming blue accents. The third bedroom features a single bed, a trundle bed with two single mattresses, and a floor-to-ceiling window. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, decorated in a similar style as the master bathroom.

Downstairs, this home features a bright, inviting open floor plan with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room is furnished with chic blue couches, a matching armchair, and a wooden coffee table, and it offers a smart TV and a ceiling fan. The living room is situated next to a large wooden dining table with five chairs and a bench that can seat 8–9 adults.

The modern kitchen is around the corner and features a bright, clean design with white stone countertops, wood cabinets, and contemporary pendant lights. The large kitchen island can seat three and includes a built-in sink, and the kitchen comes with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop. The home also comes with a toaster, a coffee maker, and dishware. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.

One of the most desirable features of Paradise Villa 01 is the incredible outdoor spaces. The backyard features a shaded deck with a private plunge pool, chic rattan chairs and wooden loungers, an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, BBQ grill, and sink, and a wicker dining table and six chairs under a shaded pergola. The villa also features a private rooftop patio with loungers, an egg chair, and a table and chairs under a shaded pergola that offers beautiful views of the beach and mountains.

If you’re traveling to Costa Rica with young children, you’ll be thrilled to learn that Paradise Villa 01 comes stocked with everything you need for traveling with kids, including a travel crib and a special playroom with books, toys, a small table and chairs, and a beanbag chair dedicated to children.

This property also comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, private outdoor parking, and optional concierge service.

No Pets Policy

Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied.

Private shuttles are an excellent choice for reaching nearby destinations, and numerous tour companies offer transportation to and from their tours.
