The living room features a sleek, contemporary sofa and chairs, as well as a custom wooden coffee table that complements the dining table. The space is furnished with colorful, tropical-themed artwork and has a flat-screen TV and entertainment center. The living space also offers a half bathroom.
The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a wrap-around white stone countertop and breakfast bar with four barstools. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including an oven and stovetop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and freezer. The space also features sleek cabinets and drawers with black fixtures, along with a custom wooden table that seats four.
This condo can comfortably sleep six guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and custom wood furniture that matches the tables in the living spaces. This room also features an ensuite bathroom, renovated with a walk-in marble shower, a soaking tub, a double-sink vanity, and an accent wall with modern black-and-white geometric tile.
The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and a standing mirror, while the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds that can be combined into a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are furnished with custom wood furniture and share a renovated bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and single-sink vanity.
As a guest at Pacifico C305, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security.
You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes a private gym, two infinity pools, fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access.
