Welcome to our beautiful Coco's Dream, a canal front home located just 5 minutes from Anna Maria Island and its award-winning beaches.

You, your family and friends will love the oversized private heated pool, which measures almost 40 feet long and 20 feet wide. Cast your fishing line into water by the canal and cook your catch of the day on the outdoor BBQ or grab your favorite beverage and watch the tides come and go.

The home offers two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a full-size bed and full bathroom across the hallway.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at Coco’s Dream and will definitely be back. The house felt like home away from home and had everything we needed. The boys loved fishing off the dock and swimming in their own pool and not having to share it.

Wonderful family vacation

We had never been to Bradenton Beach. We found your home on VRBO and it did not disappoint. Loved the pool and the guys loved the dock on the water for fishing every evening. We also rented a boat a few days that we could dock right there which gave us some water time exploring. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! This beautiful immaculate beach themed home was exactly as described on website. Fully stocked kitchen. Canal great for boaters. Fire pit was a delight. Quiet neighborhood. SPECTACULAR pool. Absolutely would stay again...

Stellar Family Destination

We brought our Tahoe deck boat and adult kids with us and this was a perfect property to enjoy outdoor living and intercostal waterway exploration. We’ve been visiting this part of Florida since we were very young and this was our best stay yet.

Great place for family, great location

Enjoyed the stay here. We had a family of 4 here for a week, the kids loved the pool, and the son loved the canal for fishing. The house was plenty spacious, clean, and cozy. Great place to vacation and not have to rely on going to the beach because of the huge pool, and nice outside covered living area. We really enjoyed our time here and would suggest to anyone looking to have a quiet family vacation near the beach, but not have to deal with the beach traffic everytime you want to leave the home.

Both showers are so slippery you have to cling to the walls to avoid falling. Be careful!

Could use some updating

Place and layout was nice. Pool was great, except for the annoying floor cleaner that was not allowed to be taken out. Rugs in main area were so dirty. Surprised they havent been replaced. I have pictures. This place made us wash all of our towels and dishes. Not sure why. We pay for a cleaning fee. Kitchen could use a few more things. Communication with property manager was not easy. Only 1 pillow per person. No extras. Just felt for what we paid what they provided was on the cheap end. One roll of toilet paper, etc.

Great Stay for Christmas Break!

Had a great stay for the Christmas break. Home is in a great location to AMI and beaches and of o purse has a wonderful pool. Location on the channel is great, caught 8 different species of fish off of the dock. Would recommend owners add a ladder in the event anyone walks/falls off the pier into the water. Kitchen had most of what you’ll need for a week but prepare to bring/buy basics like salt/pepper, and any other spices. The shed had some nice things for the beach like chairs, kids sand toys which was helpful as we couldn’t bring much flying. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We all loved the Cortez home. Perfect for 3 generations of family. The weather was a little chilly, but we still sat by the pool most days. The pictures for the home were exactly as posted. Really better then!! We felt like it was “like home” of course it was pricey, but well worth it!!

Family Vacay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kids/in-law found the pool vacuum a tad annoying & in the way however I understood the purpose of it staying in the pool working to keep it clean. The only other suggestion would be from my daughter/son-n-law suggesting a shower curtain in master bedroom (leading out to the pool area). No barrier made for chilly showers.

Great vacay home

Outdoor pool, patio and dock are very nice for swimming and enjoying the weather when it cooperates and bonus canal wildlife ! The home is very cute with charming beach vibe and the location is great! The kitchen is somewhat stocked but yet missing some basics was a little frustrating doing so much laundry and dishes to ever have enough to use during a “vacation” such as very few bath towels and no dishcloths - it was nice having plenty of pool/beach towels. overall would recommend and we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful sunsets

The Home is beautiful! We enjoyed a week with Son and his family. Rented a pontoon boat from Life is good boat rentals, and we were able to keep it moored at the dock! Spent time at the beaches, took evening boat cruises, and did some fishing. The management company was great with the only issue we had which was the pool light timer. Oh and the pool is incredible! We’ll stay again if we get the opportunity!

Hurricane Idalia

Property was great. Parking the trailer was tricky. There was a Mandatory Evacuation order due to Hurricane Idalia. We arrived late Saturday, and received the evacuation order Monday morning. There was no vacation. It would be awsome if they installed cleats on the dock to tie the boat with dock lines.

Perfect getaway!

This was a perfect vacation spot for us - quiet neighborhood, large pool to cool off in, and a dock to fish from! The house itself was exactly the right size for two adults and two teenagers. No one wanted to leave…we would definitely stay here again!☀️🌊🎣🦎
