  • Exclusivos de lujo moderna casa Sur de Venecia 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 2.000 sf, de techos altos, muebles italiana moderna. 10 min corto paseo de un ferry que conduce a una playa privada (pase anual para 6 personas) se proporciona.
    1 King, 1 Queen, 1 cama de matrimonio, grandes salas de estar y de vida, comedor independiente, y una gran sala de la Florida proyectó.
    Completamente equipado para la vida, a partir de todos los aparatos de cocina (lavadora, tostadora, cafetera y máquina de jugo), lavadora / secadora en el lavadero, ropa de cama y toallas. Acaba de actualizar una nueva nevera y lavavajillas. Siéntase libre de utilizar una bicicleta y un kayak de mar para que disfrute de un rastro y remar.
    Hay un nuevo 55 en LED TV con HBO, y WIFI.

Beautiful lovely home

It was a lovely, nice house. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The owner was very responsive and checked on us to make sure everything was good. I recommend this house 100% and will book again on my next trip.

Wonderful home

Wonderful spacious home! Loved how you could cook and could still socialize with family! Could enjoy outside under a screened in patio with outside furniture!! Loved staying here!

Very nicely laid out home! Much bigger in person than it is in pictures. Although there were only four of us for the week. There is plenty of room for 6 people. Will definitely stay at the property again in the future. Communication with the property owner was excellent! Very attentive and responsive with any inquiry! Thank you for a great stay!

The house and space were great. Amazing kitchen (suggest a keurig). Lots of lovely dishes and glassware available, plenty of linens Home was beautifuil!! We did purchase mats for tub and shower due to surface being slippery.All of the furishings were great as was the porch. Suggest some written directions for TV. Difficult to access our netflix and prime and keep movies on.

Great place great time!

Communication with the property owner was very easy. She always responded very quickly! The place was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Will defiantly be renting this property again next time we come to town!

Home was clean and as described.

The home was as pictured and clean. We had all the towels, and dishes, we could want. Mansota beach was a short 10min drive. We liked being close to the beach. Also there is a nature park with a playground and nice walking paths just 5mins from the house. Owner was responsive to text. Great place to stay.

Clean, comfortable and spacious !!

My family was traveling for a wedding. We needed accommodations in the Venice area. The location of this property was perfect. It provided us with plenty of room, we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee on the back porch. Communication with Anatoley was great. Would definitely recommend this home.

I would stay again!

This was a great house with plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. I have a bad back and am always in pain when sleeping outside of my home but I have to say the bed in the master room was so comfy to me and I’ve never said that before! The house was well stocked. We would not hesitate to stay there again. I highly recommend this property!!

Large comfortable home

Very nicely laid out home! Much bigger in person than it is in pictures. Would have loved to use the lanai area however our stay was during an extreme cold front over the holiday! Will definitely stay at the property again in the future. Communication with the property owner was excellent! Very attentive and responsive with any inquiry! Thank you for a great stay!

Great House!

I loved our time at this house! Its clean, the floorplan is great, and the master bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. It is our second time staying in Venice and I love this neighborhood. The owner was very communicative. The house has very nice televisions which was great for relaxing with the family and each bedroom had a ceiling fan. I don't think you will regret choosing this house.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved this house. Great location for us. Clean and very spacious. This house is very well equipped. Launi is large and the furniture is comfortable. We really enjoyed it. Internet is fast and tvs are large with many apps. Bathrooms are clean and large. Having a well equipped kitchen and laundry was a great advantage for us. We didn't use the kayak or bike but they are available. Newspaper was delivered every day. Owner of this house was quick to communicate with us. Thanks.

A few changes would improve the stay

PROS: The house was well maintained and spacious, and Anatoley was quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was quiet and relatively close to beaches. Beach chairs, a sea kayak, one bike, beach unbrellas, etc, were available for use. CONS: The property was as listed, except the ferry pass to the neighborhood island was not available. Use of the ferry was one of the main reasons I selected this property. Also, only one bike was available for four of us. Listing stated "bikes", but when I checked with the owner (after making the initial deposit for the property), he stated only one bike was available. Again, nothing huge, but availability of bikes was one of the reasons I selected this property. Anyone renting in the Venice area should be warned that city water is terrible (smells of sulfur). The house did have one tap in the kitchen that provided filtered water. Otherwise, we'd have had to invest in bottled water. WiFi password was not available at the house, and I had to contact the owner to access it. There was no information provided for the area (suggested restaurants or points of interest).
