Upon entering, you will be greeted by a stylish and spacious living area with cozy seating, a large TV, a beautiful dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and essential cooking tools, opens to the breakfast nook-style dining table, and features a bar-top seating area.

Wake up refreshed in one of the six dreamy bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, ready to explore Siesta Key and the surrounding barrier islands. The primary bedroom radiates a delightful beach theme and offers the largest ensuite bathroom, complete with a double vanity and walk-in shower. We have three additional rooms designed with the adults in mind, as well as two bedrooms with bunk beds, perfect for the kids to unwind and play. Every room has a television and ample storage space, ensuring comfort and convenience. And to make your stay even easier, the home has a washer and dryer.

Summer House boasts a spectacular pool with a breathtaking grotto, a rock waterslide for the kids (and the young at heart), and a spa where you can relax and soothe your muscles after exciting days of exploring. The backyard has two seating areas: a covered porch with plush wicker seats and the second offers a fantastic atmosphere with unique swings, outdoor television, and bar top seating.

Within a short walk, you will discover the vibrant collection of shops and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. You'll also find the beach, which has been voted the best beach in the USA several times. We can't wait for you to experience the beauty and relaxation of Summer House!

First Family Vacation to Siesta Key

Overall this property was OK. We liked the proximity to siesta key village. Management was very respectful and responsive. However, one of the reasons we booked this stay was because of the pool. The pool was gross and not clean upon our arrival (very green, lots of algae growing, trash near the pool), and it took 2.5 days for it to be cleaned during which time we could not swim. The house was fully stocked with kitchen-ware, which was nice. However some things were broken (drawers not opening properly, door/drawer knobs missing, etc). Mid-way through our trip, the disposal broke, which had to be replaced (though management did send maintenance quickly). Towards the end of our trip, a few cockroaches also appeared (I understand bugs are part of life but still, not something you want to see in your vacation rental property). I would return to Siesta Key, though would not stay here again.

Spring Break

The location is great however it was very noisy and dirty due to the ongoing construction everywhere from the hurricane in late 2024. VERY loud. VERY dirty.The house is great but it starting to show wear and tear. I think it's been a long time since the renovation. Some cabinets were banged up and off kilter. The hot water was almost non existent. The faucets in the showers were not working properly. The floor was beginning to bow and sag. One bed (in the primary) had a very noticeable sag in the middle. Some of the lamps did not work and or light bulbs needed replacement.Management was SUPER responsive however and very friendly. If they can spend some money on easy fixes and the construction finally ends, I would give it 5 stars.

Great house!

Everything was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and have big family dinners. It was decorated beautifully. The location was great, didn’t need a car to get anywhere. The rental company was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back! The next door neighbor was a little fussy.

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved this house, like a home away from home. Gorgeous decor, awesome layout, comfy beds and super clean! The pool is so relaxing, we thought the waterfall was a tad loud, (maybe thats just us) oh and watch your head if your an adult going down the waterslide, I think its mainly meant for the kiddos, just sayin'... Located literally steps from Sunset Point beach, delicious restaurants and shopping. We all had a wonderful time and did not want to leave! Also, the couple next door are permanent residents, they are very, very nice, awesome folks. If you stay here please be respectful of them, they've seen a lot of change and development around them and deserve to live peacefully whilst y'all enjoy your vacations.

Amazing Family Friendly vacation site

It was an amazing, family friendly house. The layout and amenities along with the proximity to the beach are second to none. The only issue was a toilet that “ran” constantly in the 1st bedroom. That was a minor nuisance.

Wonderful spring break

This was an unexpected fabulous find. We decided last minute to do spring break in siesta key. Found this property. It was truly as described. Clean, well-maintained, fantastic location. We were right in between the village and the beach and could be at either in three minutes. My two daughters, 18 and 21 and their two friends, loved it. I did too. I would stay there again in a minute.

Bachelorette Party Fun

Gorgeous home in super convenient location. Easily able to accommodate many people with the 6 bedrooms (multiple beds in some) and 6 bathrooms! Plenty of great activities and restaurants only a short walk away. Unfortunately the water heater was not functioning on our first night, but the issue was addressed and resolved quickly the next morning. The doors have an very loud alarm that triggers anytime a person enters the house, so a warning about that in the booking listing would have been nice. Overall, highly recommended property. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful. I would Suggest some Kleenex and plastic wrap stocked in the house.

Great location. 300 steps to the beach from the driveway. The house and the pool were lovely. Remotes and TVs had a glitch may want to look into that.

Great beach home

We loved this home, it was space planned really well for our family of 11. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, which is a plus, then can gather together in the open floor plan Living/dining/kitchen areas as well. Only a short walk to the beach and there were two wagons and beach chairs/coolers you could use. The pool and water slide was a favorite amongst the kids and there were plenty of water/beach toys in the deck boxes. Everything was impeccably clean, even the outdoor grill. We really loved this place and would book again for next year. A few things to keep in mind before your travels: - Pack your bug sprays and citronella candles, at dusk the mosquitos will eat you alive. - Adhere to the noise ordinance, the neighbor that lives next door will so kindly remind you. Even if it’s just the kids playing in the pool after 10. This was the only downside. - The back room with the white full/full bunk beds does not have a closet, only the storage armoire/chest shown in photos. We wished there was more seating in the living room, maybe another sofa would be nice. Family movie night was a little tough to squeeze together in on one sofa and three chairs. All in all, great property!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS

I loved the house THERE IS NOTHING i would complain about house, the people would come as soon as i had trouble GREAT SERVICE, but the only downfall is that neighbor on your left is a residence and thet would always tell us to shutup and be rude especially to the kids. I feel like for what we payed we would like to enjoy our vacation and these people kept ruining it for us. BUT like I said I LOVED THE HOUSE just not the neighbors. I recommend to come to this location if you party won’t make to much noise.

Just Incredible

This property looks small from the street but WOW is it terrific. Each bedroom and bath were amply sized and the TVs in each bedroom gave everyone an opportunity out for alone time. The pool/spa/slide is attractive and we spent a lot of time enjoying the facilities. We were all able to gather for dinner and there’s plenty of lounging space in the living area and outside. The property is a very easy walk to both the beach and the village and the wheeled cart allows easy transport of chairs, cooler etc to the beach. There was virtually nothing missing from the property. Unfortunately the grill was not working for the entire week we were there, and while we would have liked to grill out, it wasn’t a deal breaker. WHAT A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND A WONDERFUL STAY. I can’t rave enough.

Great Spot for a Bachelorette!

Stayed here for a bachelorette celebration! The house was very cute and clean. Comfortable living quarters and loved that every room had its own bathroom! Walking distance to beach and Siesta Key Village, which has many cute bars and restaurants. My group loved that we could walk everywhere and save $$$ on ubers. The staff was very responsive and helpful!
