  • Ubicada en el corazón del centro de Sarasota, esta colonia de artistas consta de solo un puñado de hogares unidos por pasarelas de luces blancas centelleantes, exuberante vegetación, balcones artísticos, tiendas, galerías, boutiques, restaurantes y cafeterías. En esta propiedad en Towles Court tengo 2 apartamentos de una habitación, uno arriba y otro abajo. Este es el listado del apartamento de arriba.     Si no viaja con mascotas, puede estar seguro de que su encantador apartamento NO tendrá signos de estadías anteriores. Me aseguro de hacer una limpieza profunda después de cada veraneante peludo.

    MASCOTAS:
    Estoy muy abierto a las mascotas de todo tipo y tamaño. Si hay ladridos excesivos o un comportamiento destructivo, se le puede pedir que emplee a un cuidador de mascotas cuando no esté en casa o aborde a su animal localmente. Si elige, en cambio, irse con su mascota, no podré reembolsarle su dinero.

Our getaway was perfect in every way! The space was immaculate, private, well appointed and cozy. It was located in an adorable, historic and walkable section of Sarasota. Our host Christie was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. She went out of her way to ensure we knew where all of the amenities were (laundry and dog wash station, etc.). We were traveling with our 2 dogs, which can be stressful, but she immediately put us at ease. We so appreciated her hospitality.

We had a great stay! The unit is very cozy and very artfully decorated. This apartment is located downstairs. The neighborhood has restaurants within a few minute walk and a Sprouts a very quick drive away. We were very comfortable during our stay.

The apartment was amazing and the perfect location for anyone visiting Sarasota. It was just the perfect place downtown and just 10min drive away to lido Key. Christie was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. It was very clean and the perfect for the occasion. Large bedroom and a spacey living room. I recommend anyone staying here!

Lovely little suite in a convenient location to downtown activities and the waterfront. Appreciated the fine art displayed, which gave it a homey atmosphere. Nice outdoor area.

Paradise close to everything we wanted.

We wouldnt in there long, but we enjoyed coming back after a long walk and dinner at St Armand Circle to a nice quiet little nest.

Excellent overnight stay!

Our host went above and beyond. The place was clean, quiet and extremely well organized. She happily accommodated our early check-in and even had treats for our dog. Very close to shops and restaurants. We would love to come back!

Walk to everything

This condo is a great place to stay if you want to walk downtown to some outstanding restaurants! Great helpful and friendly host with great communication. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay again.

The highlight of this mini vacation trip was the host Christie, she was very helpful and communicative. Telling me all kind of info for our trip. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a couple. a nice patio to chat and relax after a long day. Very good restaurants around, walking distance and the beach is beautiful. We went to see the sunset and it is spectacular.

A cozy stay in downtown Sarasota

A small, but clean and cozy apartment within walking distance to downtown restaurants and cafés, and the marina and more. We enjoyed 4 weeks there with minimal use of the car.

Secluded accomodation

We only stayed for a short time, we met the owner on arrival, who was very sweet and helpful. We were the only one’s there so we had the whole place to ourselves. It’s really close to a big park, with tennis facility and walkable to the marina and a downtown area.

Charming apartment

This little apartment was perfect for our New Year’s stay. We could walk everywhere. Loved the neighborhood. Super nice owner too.
