Welcome to The Turtle Nest-Lanai w/Hot Tub+5mi to beach!

"The Turtle Nest" is a renovated single family home with comfortable furniture. It is located in the heart of Sarasota and 5 miles to the Siesta Key Beach! It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and can sleep up to 6. The backyard is private, includes a screened lanai, a private hot tub, lounge chairs and grill. The outdoor setting is quiet and relaxing as the yard is surrounded by tall, tropical, palm and fruit trees (mango, star fruit, coconut). It will make your stay comfortable, fun, and relaxing!

The space
We have all the amenities you would come to expect from a high quality home, including beautiful furniture, quality linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchen. The backyard area is fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy. The full-size washer and dryer is located in the laundry room adjacent to the house.

For remote work or convenience, the house also has a large computer desk, a large monitor, keyboard and a mouse for your convenience.
We also provide beach essentials: 6 adult and 2 child-sized beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels, a rolling cooler, and a beach wagon. There's plenty of parking space available in front of the house.

Please note: The house has four locations where there is a step down between levels. Please be mindful of these steps as you familiarize yourself with the layout upon first entry.

Guest access
Four days before your arrival, you’ll receive a link to our digital guide, which includes everything you need to know about the property—check-in instructions, parking details, Wi-Fi info, restaurant recommendations, and more.

One hour before your arrival, you'll receive your personal access code to enter the home.

Our local host, Ron, is nearby and available throughout your stay to assist with any needs that may arise.

Other things to note
**Backyard and Other Tips and Tricks** to keep the hot tub warm, the top must stay on when not in use. If you have any difficulties with opening or closing the hot tub cover our local host can help.

Weekly outdoor service visits are conducted by the local host (Ron).
Tuesdays: Trash removal & hot tub cleaning.
Wednesdays: Trash can pickup.
Lawncare & landscaping occurs weekly and may occur during your stay.
You do not have to be present for any service visits.

We recommend that everyone gets trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-)
