Seabreeze Cottage moments from the beach

Seabreeze Cottage is situated on a quiet road with access to the beach, via a leafy lane, just 200 feet away.

The property, which is accessed via a set of exterior steps, is very well furnished and equipped offering everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The master bedroom has a King size bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. The 2nd bedroom has Twin beds which can be joined to make a King and the family bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The sofa in the sitting room can also be made into a bed which allows the property to sleep up to 6 people.

As the property is built up on stilts it benefits from a lovely raised wooden deck area which is resonably private thanks to the palms trees and shrubs surrounding it. There is off street parking for 1 car (maybe 2 depending on size).

Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within easy walking distance and the free trolley bus stop is just a few minutes walk away which enables you to venture further afield on the island without having to use your car.

This was our second stay at Seabreeze. It was just as perfect as our previous stay. Cottage was clean and well stocked. Hopefully you never have to contact Sheron, but if you do, just know she is amazing to work with. Beach is close and not too crowded. Can’t wait to return again.

Very close to the beach!

The location was awesome! House is close to the beach and far away from the main road so it stays quiet at night! House was clean. The property needs some updates, specifically electrical work and and a washer and dryer update. The lights sometimes flicker and multiple lightbulbs were burned out outside. The deck had a hazard issue as a piece of wood cracked and is sticking out, very easy to trip over and get hurt. We tripped over it multiple times. Thanks!

Perfect getaway

Wonderful location, just steps to the beach. Owners left a lovely welcome basket. So nice to sit out on the deck with our morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood but convenient to everything. Hope to be returning.

Seashore Interlude

There were three adults and one teen in our family group. All of us had a great time--beach very near and traffic very light since 79th is a "no parking" one-way street. It was very peaceful and serene. We found a terrific seafood store/restaurant in Cortez that provided all the seafood we could eat. This was a wonderful vacation spot.

Loved our little cottage. It was so close to the beach. No traffic and very quiet. It could use a little updating such as window blinds but overall it’s perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!

This property had a perfect location with a short walk to the beach! It was also incredibly clean! Our group had one person sleeping on the pull out sofa and it was a very good mattress for a sofa bed! My only surprise was that it didn't have a full oven. The toaster oven made due, but we couldn't bake a frozen pizza for the kids. The parking area under the unit was great to have your can in the shade. I would stay here again!

Great birthday weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 senior ladies!. Our location was perfect as I love being close to Ana Maria Island, and the ocean was really a very short walk from the condo. Everything that we needed was close by. I would do it again.
