Great stay!

Location is great. 12 min drive to Siesta Key Beach and Village. Lots of free parking at the beach with multiple access points. House is just a couple of minutes to Publix and other shopping and restaurants. House is cozy. Ideal for families up to 6 people. Kitchen is outdated but fully functional and does have newer appliances. House was clean upon arrival. Only 1 TV which was fine for us but if you like to watch TV in bed at night there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Master shower had fantastic water pressure but the sink did not. Pool was fantastic. Neighborhood is quiet. Host was very responsive. We had a great time!

We had a great stay at this lovely house. The location and outdoor space were the best part. Only one TV with no cable, only Roku. The owner was very accommodating, which was appreciated.

Place was clean, easy to locate and close to venues. Pool was excellent and used the nice pool area couch to get some great, quiet, bird singing naps! Watched the Super Bowl on a large, easy to use TV. WE will be back

The pool and the pool sitting Area are the house’s biggest strength but there are some minor problems with the kitchen and the washing machine but it still works fine just not the best.also it would be great if a good grill was added to the house.

Paradise in Sarasota

This wonderful property gives the feeling of being at your own private resort. It was so easy to enjoy the outdoors, with the heated pool and surrounding patio with recliners so nice to transition to the covered patio area with the dining table and comfy sofa, style seating. The home is lovely with open style kitchen. We can’t wait to return!

Forget about this house

A lot disappointments with cleanness of the kitchen pool laundry room. And as a cherry on the top huge jumbo cockroach in the kitchen with moving legs at the last morning. Will not recommend this house

Family beach 🏖 vacation

This house is so much better than the listing describes! There is so much floor space! There are 8 of us, including our six kids ages 11-21. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool is AWESOME! The patio furniture is covered and so comfy! Beds comfy. You couldn’t ask for more! The property manager is a delight as well.

Fantastic stay near Siesta Key

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated 6 adults comfortably, one senior with a walker got around with ease. The house was clean and had great amenities, and felt like home for our stay. We enjoyed the salt water pool daily. Location is perfect and close to so many shops, restaurants and the best beach in USA. Evona was quick to respond and address any questions.

Nice property, great value for the money.

The pool had a lot of debris in it when we arrived, and I have seen this stated in previous reviews. Other than having to spend a couple hours with the net, it was a great experience! Very close to a ton of cool beaches and the Sarasota airport!

AWESOME PLACE!

Great spot

Came down here for a few days in between another property to be shared with my in laws. I worked here all week and had great internet, Plenty of places to work, and a beautiful view of the poool all day. Pool was heated nicely and the property manager was very easy to talk with.
