Beautifully decorated and newly furnished Pool home in beautiful Palm Aire off University Blvd.
Just Minutes to the Mall, Airport, Downtown and the Beaches.
One road in, one road out of our small subdivision. Great for walking and biking with very little traffic.
A luxurious home with 9 1/2-foot ceilings. Decor includes a new 70-inch flat screen TV in the family room. Sliders to lanai and large pool from the Family room, Kitchen, Living room and Master bedroom.
The MBR has a king size bed, second TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large walk closet.
The second bedroom has Queen bed and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and walk in closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and shower and door out to the pool.
*Pool can be heated in cooler months (December-April) for an additional charge of 25.00 a day. Please request before arrival so it's heated when you check-in*
There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer.
The dining room has 6 chairs but can accommodate eight. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a large fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator, utensils, dishware, Keurig, toaster and blender.
There is a 2-car garage to park your car(s). The home is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs and coolers as it is only 20 Min. to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Ranger Station! The location was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and one of the best well-equipped rentals we've ever stayed in! Fantastic Stay

This was our second summer to stay in Rick's home. He and his team continue to keep the house incredibly clean and the pool/pool area are well maintained. He provided a basket of snacks and put bottles of cold water in the garage refrigerator for us. Palm Aire continues to be a very quiet and peaceful development that is very biking/walking/running friendly and very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We rented bikes and rode them through Palm Aire every morning. We will stay with Rick again when we visit Sarasota.

Graduation trip

Property was just as described and pictured. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could want or need . Extremely clean, many cleaning supplies included. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Rick is a fantastic host .

Cozy and Relaxing

Ranger Rick provided a warm and inviting home in a great neighborhood. We were greeted with a basket full of goodies, plenty of linens and pool / beach toys! We spent a good part of our time relaxing by the pool, and it's very quiet there!

They are incredible

Serious, I know the house is about 25 min away from the beach, but is worth. Super clean, easy communication, and the owner ia always ready to help. The house is spacious, and make you feel like home. So hope to be there again next summer.

Wonderful Vacation Home

Rick and his team keep the house incredibly clean and the pool and pool area are well maintained. He provided a wonderful basket of goodies along with a helpful binder of information listing restaurants and things to do in the Sarasota area. The restaurant recommendations were great. After our stay, Rick discovered that we left some clothing behind, and he was kind enough to mail it to us. Palm Aire is a very quiet and peaceful development that is very biking/walking/running friendly and very close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. We will stay with Rick again when we visit beautiful Sarasota.

Great Stay

Check in process was flawless. Very clean, beautiful house, was even better in person than it was in the pictures. Pool was amazing. Kitchen is fully stocked as if you were at home. They keep lots of family games in the closet for you to use. Lots of beach/pool things to use as well. We didn’t run into any problems so we did not contact the owners but they did send a message saying if we did need anything to let them know. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Would recommend and will book again in the future if its available.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of four, although there was room for more. The house was impeccably clean and well-organized with everything you'd need to cook, grill, swim, and go to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and well cared for, and even great for running with very little traffic.

Amazing Rental

We just got back from our stay at this fantastic rental. The house is beautiful and spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Everyone loved the pool, which accommodated all 7 of us with no problem. The house comes well stocked with everything you could need and the communication with the host was fantastic. Ranger Rick even took the time to drop off an extra propane tank for the BBQ without us even having to ask because he knew the other one was getting low. We’ve stayed in the Sarasota area many times and this has been our favourite rental to date. We hope to be back again soon.

Lovely Sarasota

Our family stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Host was helpful with any questions we had, and provided a welcome basket and helpful tips for the area. The house was perfectly clean and well equipped. We had 3 adults and 4 kids ages 9-17. Plenty of room and close to shopping and restaurants! The pool was a great hit as well! We even left a few things and the host notified us and is shipping them. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Oasis with a pool

We visited Sarasota on June 11/2023 for two weeks and we had a great stay. The house has all the amenities that you will need. The beds are super comfy with quality bedding. House was serene, clean, and cozy. The outdoor patio with the pool were the highlight as the kids loved the pool. It is well maintained and was cleaned and checked weekly by pool company. House is conveniently located next to shopping and dining. It is a 10 minutes drive from downtown and 8.9 miles from LIDO Beach. Overall, we had a delightful stay and we wholeheartedly recommend it without reservation. This place is a gem.

The absolute best

Our family gathered at this home for a Thanksgiving retreat. The house was perfect for our grown children, and first grandchild. Rick and Doris are very accommodating and the house was perfectly outfitted. The very best way to spend thanksgiving away from our home but all together as a family.

Anniversary getaway and golf

This by far was one of the best stocked houses I’ve ever stayed in. They had everything you needed to feel like you were at home and never want to leave. The master bed (only one we slept on) was so nice, that can always be dicey with anywhere you stay but here you don’t need to worry. The home it’s self was so warm and inviting. The pool and outdoor seating area was great we spent so much time poolside. My husband and I love the area you couldn’t go wrong staying here. Ranger Rick was great to work with and was available if anything was needed. We will for sure be back!!!

Very nice property, clean, quiet, lots of towels

The pool had some signs of staining but the good news was that the chlorine smell was minimal which I prefer. We did also have an issue with the gas barbeque where the burners seemed to not give out enough heat, (maybe clogged) but maybe its just because we did not know what we were doing. In general we did take out so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, our family loved the place and many of our family showed up at different times and loved it. (They are quite critical, so I would say it was a very nice place) LOL I like the hosts name, Ranger Rick!

much needed getaway in sunny FL!

Ranger Rick's house is very clean and spacious. Well-appointed and a quiet neighborhood. We loved having the pool for late day dips after being out and about. It's a great vacation house and Rick and Doris are so nice. We'll be back!

Vacation in Sarasota Florida

We had an enjoyable time at this house. I was impressed with all the supplies that we had access to. Also, the welcoming snack basket was a nice surprise. The pool is a huge plus!
