Precise Realty presents St. Armands Luxe Retreat

  • Lovely remodeled and refurbished 5 bedroom 5.5 bath pool home on desirable St. Armand`s Circle! This 3,000 s.f. home comfortably sleeps (8) in beds, and has T.V.`s in the family room and living room for when the family is not enjoying the caged pool and spa. Professionally decorated, quality surrounds you whether it be the wonderful appliances, the new furniture or the luxurious bedding. There is seating at the dining table for 8 and room for more at the breakfast bar. There is a gate to the driveway but it is not operational at this time.

    The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!

    Walk 150 yards to St. Armands for dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted heated pool and spa to end the evening. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. Visit this home once and you will return! If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help with a rental!

    This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental.

    There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida`s Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens, Museum of the Circus, Children`s fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. Leisure time can be spent on shops, galleries, golfing, tennis, ice skating, water sports like; fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, jet skis, water skiing or leisure boating. You can spend the entire day at our famous St. Armand`s Circle with its award winning indoor or outdoor dining, upscale shopping, and galleries. People from around the world come to choose from one of our many famous beaches: Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Beach. The famous white sands of Lido Beach are just steps away, offering sunsets of a lifetime!
    There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
    the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

    In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $15.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.

Wonderful Time at a Wonderful Property

We love this house and the convenient location near Lido Beach and St. Armands. tFrom the huge, beautiful kitchen to the five bedrooms, to the five full baths and two powder rooms to the pool and patio area, this house has it all! Our family keeps asking when we are going back!

Perfect family vacation!

What a stunning house! We had the best family vacation at this st armands dream house. The house was immaculate upon arrival. There were 2 pack and plays provided as requested for the 2 babies. Location of the house is amazing! Could easily walk to the beach and also to the circle for food, drinks or ice cream! Pool area and outdoor space was amazing! Host was very friendly and was very quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend this house for your vacation. We’re already dreaming of our next visit! Thanks again!

Fabulous Florida Home

This home is gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice. It is spacious and light with beautiful furnishings and decor. Truly a home away from home with everything you need. Jennifer was so responsive, helpful, and attentive to our every need. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The fencing around the pool was perfect with our two one-year-old grandbabies. We will certainly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The listing drew us to this vacation destination…but the house was more than we expected! Beautiful home and very well maintained. So much to do in the area, but staying in for a pool day was perfect also! Can’t say enough about our time there. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful!!!!

We are a group of 10 college friends who vacation together annually. (Did I say we have known each other 50 years?) This home met all our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location to Saint Armand’s is ideal as well as the close proximity to the beach. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful, including the management and the cleaning crew. This is definitely on our list when we return.

Property treat on St. Armands Key

The Vrbo property on St. Armands Key, just a couple of minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants, is a gem. From entering the property until locking up to leave, my family and I enjoyed the facilities it offered and the way it was presented for our arrival. I am working out when I will be next renting this property.

Great house, fabulous location!

The house is amazing! We were a party of ten, including five older teenagers, and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was very nice. Having two large smart TVs was a bonus, so that different groups could watch different movies. The location of the house could not be beat. Just a few steps outside and you were at St. Armand’s Circle. The gaggle of teenagers with us loved being able to rent the e-scooters from the spot right outside the house. The beach was only a short 10 minute walk away. The house had plenty of chairs and beach accessories. Precise Realty was great to work with. They were very quick to respond to any questions. When we had a blender emergency during our stay, they brought us a brand new one later in the day. Great group!

Best House Ever!!!

We have rented many high end properties for a long time, but this property by far takes the cake! Pictures do not do it justice! The house was immaculate upon entering, and every item in the house is high end. The owners did not skimp on this home. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are large, and the house has too many closets to count! The design of this home is perfect for families. It is located right on St. Armand's Circle, which has everything you could possibly want. Very close to the beach. The pool and adjacent covered patio is simply amazing! There are many extras found in the two car garage like pool toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, pack and plays for babies, along with a high chair. Child proof locks are throughout the home, and a child proof netting surrounds the screened pool, giving you peace of mind that your children are safe. The pool, hot tub, and patio area being screened keeps all the bugs away! They have an outside restroom as well. The king bedroom on the first floor also has a private sitting area that's very comfortable with a large TV. Jennifer LeBlanc was outstanding to work with. She is available to answer any questions and handles anything that arises in a timely fashion. We had a wonderful time in Lido Key, and will definitely be coming back to this gorgeous home! I highly recommend this home! 5+ stars!!! You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful St. Armand's Key Property

I just finished my second or third stay at this property, and I enjoy it more each time I am there. I am already planning on returning next year, which I think is the best recommendation that I can make. It is a big house. It essentially has three master suites, and a set of two or three rooms with single beds, for the kids. It has a great hot tub and pool, a huge kitchen with a giant fridge and also refrigerated drawers. It also has a Sub-Zero full size wine cooler, which we really used for the first time this year since we had more wine drinkers than G&T drinkers this year. I now want one! You can walk to Lido Beach from this house, and it is right on the Circle with access to some of the best restaurants and shops to be found in Sarasota. It is a great place to stay in Sarasota!

Awesome house….great location!!

We absolutely LOVED this house! It was perfect for our family and everyone having their own bathrooms was a huge plus for us. The pictures don’t do it justice….everything about this house was amazing and well thought out!! It was also meticulously clean as well as leaving us all “starter items” in each bathroom and kitchen until we could make a grocery run. The pool/hot tub area was such a great memory maker for our whole family….waking up and drinking coffee by the pool and then watching all the little ones play in the pool….it doesn’t get any better than that! The house is walking distance to everything in St. Armand’s Circle. We ordered out many times during the week and just had a quick walk to pick it up and bring g it back to the house. Jennifer & Michelle were great to deal with as we corresponded with them many times before our arrival. We will definitely be renting this house again for next years vacation!! Perfect vacation get-away

Amazing location and property. Beautiful spacious home that is equipped with everything you need. From a fully furnished kitchen to lawn chairs and cooler for the beach, and bikes to get around the wonderful neighborhood. Feet from St. Armands circle for food and shopping and a short walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets. Take the trip.

125 Boulevard of the Presidents South

This was my third visit to St. Armand's Key, and this house was hand's down the best place i have stayed at yet! It is capacious, loaded with amenities, and probably the best located house between Lido Beach and St. Armand's Circle that you are going to find. It basically has three separate and private master bedrooms, and a number of other bedrooms with twin beds.. It has plenty of bathrooms that appeared to me to be recently done, with all modern fixtures. The kitchen is fabulous, but we only really used the refrigerator, because who goes to St. Armand's to cook? I will definitely try to book it again for next year!

Great location, amenities and layout

This is a great house for large groups. Each room is comfortable and the bathrooms are fantastic. The house is very clean and well laid out- plenty of privacy for everyone. Parking situation is also a plus…it’s so close to the circle. Check in was easy, just make sure you have the gate code prior to check in. Would love to go back next time we are visiting!
