  • Este condominio reconstruido y rediseñado de 1,100 pies cuadrados en la hermosa y pintoresca isla Anna Maria, ofrece vistas espectaculares de las bahías de Sarasota y Tampa mientras se encuentra a solo 250 pasos de las arenas blancas y las azules aguas del Golfo de México. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente nueva y baños nuevos, así como muchos otros elementos nuevos y toques de diseño.

    Es un refugio elegante y cómodo para la isla que viven con el acceso a cualquier estilo de vida que está en el humor para. Fantastic vacation spot! The condo was in the perfect location, bay on one side, ocean on the other. The property was very clean upon arrival and fully equipped with everything you could need. We loved that it had great beach gear. We will definitely be coming back!

Place was clean, well appointed, wonderfully decorated.We spent most of our time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.Very comfortable, felt right at home.Excellent!!!!

Close access to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to some restaurants. Although we didn't use it, trolly stop for free trolley was very close and the pool looked clean. View of the bay was nice

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Watched sunrise from the balcony and walked one block to the beach for sunset. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay to enjoy the island lifestyle.

Winter Vacation

Property was well kept, and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. The location was good, with a short walk to restaurants and beach cafes. The beach was just across the street. The sunrise views over the bay off the deck were beautiful.

Condo is great with every amenity you could ask for. Absolutely wonderful views and accessible to anything you might need. Owners were easy to work with and provided everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to go to AMI

Beautiful fantastic location

Clean, beautiful view of the bay from the balcony, kitchen well stocked. Convenient parking, owner quick to reply. Highly recommend this unit.

Overall, a great stay at this lovely condo. The view is wonderful, the unit is comfortable, private and in a small complex. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. It was cleaned to perfection. The pool area is nice to relax around and it is always clean. It was encouraging to see the progress made since the hurricanes, and the new landscaping is coming along quite well. We have stayed in this unit a few times and always have a great time. The owner responded quickly when there was one small blip with parking upon arrival. It was resolved within a very short time. Thanks for another fun stay on the bay.....our favorite side of the island.

Bradenton Fun

Location location location Loved the bay view and short walk to the ocean. A wagon would have made it perfect Condo is beautiful with plenty of space for 4 adults. It could use a few more towels for beach and bath. We will be staying again next year. Restaurants and shopping are close by❤️

Nice place for the $ with a great host. Lovely bay view from balcony. Stairs a bit of a challenge (4 small flights). Again, overall had everything we needed and was as described!
