The pool and hot tub very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked and plenty of beach chairs umbrella etc. bed was comfortable on the king we didn’t use the twins. Quite neighborhood and very good location for shopping and dinning not very far from the beach. We plan on going back soon. Loved our stay. Lots of golf.courses near. Misty creek really nice

Great Condo, Great Host, Great Stay

Excellent stay at an extremely well-equipped condo. Host communication was timely and provided very detailed information. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area. Will definitely be back to enjoy warm weather while it is cold back home!

Spring break

We loved this villa, the amenities and location! Close to Siesta Key Beach, St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota! Villa was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. Bonus was the ping pong table in the garage and the beach accessories. We plan to return next year!!

Clean and accommodating for family of 5

As a family of 5 with 3 young kids, we had everything we could ask for. Cleanliness is huge for us and this property was spotless. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc for kids. Ample space for us not to feel on top of each other. Working in house washer/dryer another plus. Also, this was the first place we stayed where we had plenty of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods (all things that would add up if we had to buy it all just for a weeks stay) - And not that we used any of it, but there was also plenty of shampoo/ conditioner, etc if needed. Pool plenty big and a short walk from property. Definitely a retirement area, but that’s what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet spot!

Clean and quiet property

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had all of the necessities. We enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts and the close proximity to stores and beaches. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break

We had a great Spring Break staying at this property. Awesome accommodations! We loved having all the beach gear and toys - family all had a blast. Eve was so responsive and wonderful to work with.

Florida outfitted property

We really loved all the little extras at the condo. They had shampoo, beach towels, beach toys, a really great wagon and a ping pong table for the garage. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that the sheets were polyester and low quality and the property manager told us that the unit would not be ready on time and was going to credit us the cleaning fee... We never got the cleaning free credit and 20 minutes before the original booking time the management company said the unit would be ready on time. At that point we had already changed our day to not be at the unit until after dinner. We have yet to see the cleaning free credit.

Great little neighborhood!

My daughter and I loved staying here. Close to Siesta Key but also easy to see my mother as well, who lives in Palmer Ranch. The pool was fabulous- nice and warm plus there’s a spa. My eight year old enjoyed riding her scooter around while I walked in the mornings. House was fully equipped with everything we needed (and more)!

A Delightful Winter Vacation

The property was just as advertised, it had everything you could possibly want or need. The complex was clean and quiet. We did not use the pool but everyone else did. The unit backs up to a golf course, it was very private and quiet. Lots of walkers but the only way to get in a mile was to double up the route, noticed several walkers going out front gate and walking the sidewalk on Beneva Rd. The garage is narrow and clean and loaded with all the beach toys you could want. There is a Costco close by and a Dollar Tree. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to all. Our home is in Texas so we were very thankful to have this lovely, warm home this February. Thanks to Eve!

Nice, clean home, all necessities!

This home is beautiful and well appointed, it has all of your basic necessities, is clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the shared pool area which was nice and convenient, and enjoyed breakfast on the back screened patio. Eve was quick to respond to anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!
