The place was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for us as a couple and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient. Loved the location and the ability to walk to Pine St. or to Bean Point using the trails between the houses was great! The kitchen was supplied with dishes and serving utensils to make meal preparation at home and entertaining an easy task.

Anna Cabana A

Nice house, perfect for a couple or small family. Well stocked, pool is perfect. Great location with easy walk to beach. Only downside was the mattress, very hard and uncomfortable.

Què no li ha agradat: Entrada
The house was well-equipped and sufficient for our needs. The pool was small and cold during the day, but nice and warm at night. There were issues with check-in: we arrived after business hours, and had not received check-in instructions. We called, texted, and emailed—to no avail. The next morning, we were informed that we had not signed the rental agreement (we had never received one.) Since it was a last minute booking, I attribute the mixup to that. Also, the remote doesn’t work for the bedroom tv. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Very close to Bean Point Beach!

We liked the fact there was no public parking which made the neighborhood beaches not so crowded Bicycles and golf carts is a plus to move around the island The trolley bus also was great

Host was great no issues there. Just wasn’t impressed with the furniture and bed.Wasn’t very comfortable, the maintenance on the house was in much need of attention. It’s the details like frayed window shades, chipped tiles, stained grout. There was a dirty towel left on back of bathroom door from previous occupants. Anna Maria Island is not a cheap vacation and that’s fine, but with that is the expectation of nice accommodations. One of the bed pillows had a smell of being washed and not dried all the way. It was the only feather pillow in the place. Should be replaced
