Place was very nice!! Although, you can see where it is still recovering from hurricanes along with many other condos in the area.We really enjoyed and loved the Lido Beach area. It is absolutely beautiful!Hytham was a great host and was available to contact if/whenever needed and was very accommodating!

Summary

Unit was as described, however property suffered from recent hurricanes so no elevator, no pool, brickwork all over the place due to hurricane damage, scaffolding blocked access to beach. A lot of noise at times with contractors working on the site or working in other units. That being said, the Unit was very nice inside, clean, all amenities one would need with a beautiful Gulf view.

Lovely gulf view condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Furnishings are lovely, done by a designer It has a perfect view of the beach and gulf from the dining table. Laundry room is adjacent to the unit. Pool is very nice. Parking is covered. Hytham is a good communicator and dependable.

Our experience at #7073460ha

The condo was nicely decorated. We arrived finding one frying pan with damaged cookware surface, broken handle on broom, rusty beach chair frame and old tiny toaster oven in terrible condition, and one hangar. Manager replaced all but the toaster oven. We bought hangars, but did not get reimbursed. The main complaint was that the site offered a 12 % discount and then did not honor it, falsely stating the total stated included the discount. We had followed the stated price in the VRBO listing from April 2020 until December 2020 when the discount was offered and the price charged was exactly the same.

Excellent location!

We were able to see the beach and hear the waves from our living room even though we were the third apartment from the front of the complex. Direct access to the beach was just a few steps making it easy to walk on the beach multiple times per day without having to make a planned trip to the beach! The apartment space was exactly as described on the listing. Really quick response time from the landlord when the vacuum cleaner broke. We would definitely book again!

sunny and warm!

We had a great time, even with everything closing after we arrived due to the corona virus. The property is older, but very well taken care of. The beach is beautiful white sand. The condo was clean and had what we needed. The people we met that live there were friendly and went out of there way to get to know us!

Awesome view!

Really enjoyed our stay. Room enough for the two of us. Ocean view that is everywhere. (Mirrored wall in Living Room shows up in the kitchen too. Had contact with manager for most of our stay. Beach and pool just so close, down the steps and in the court yard. Highly recommend!

Nicely renovated, clean and well appointed.

We were familiar with the condominium complex as we have stared in other units off and on for 30 years. The unit was just what we expected it to be and worked very well for us.
