The Sandcastle is a secluded, peaceful hidden gem just 4 miles away from the #1 Beach in the USA! Enjoy your time in this fabulously renovated island style cottage and serene tropical outdoors. It gives you the tranquil feeling of being on your own peaceful paradise island. It includes perfect spots for sunbathing and just relaxing. With a very cool beachy outdoor shower! Local attractions include Siesta Key Beach, Siesta Key Village, Downtown Sarasota, and Sarasota Square Mall. Beach chairs, coolers, charcoal grill, bicycles as well as towels and fresh linens will be provided for guests on their island getaway. Along with dishes, pots, and pans and all kinds of spices and coffee. Enjoy your own private paradise!!

BEACHY BUNGALOW

Cozy, comfortable bungalow. Sandy goes over the top to make the bungalow comfortable, clean, and fun. We were 4 miles from Siesta Key Beach and close to two others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be coming back!

We loved the Sand Castle! Relaxing in such a beautifully decorated space was just what we needed. We came for baseball and enjoyed that but spending time on your patio was my favorite time of the trip!

Amazing

If paradise can be described, this is it! Very nice and relaxing. It was exactly what we were looking for. Close to Siesta Key, but time to unwind in a peaceful neighborhood that was everything we wanted. Nice decor and very clean. A highlight of our stay was seeing cardinals and even a parrot, Walter, in the birdfeeder. Sandy is a great host. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean and well stocked. Host has everything that you may need or forgot. Exactly like the pictures. Only thing missing is the beach but it's just a short drive. Neighborhood very quiet.

A Paradise Oasis!

The Sand Castle exceeded our wildest imaginations! Beautifully designed and decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes away from beaches and restaurants and recreational spots. Outdoor lounging while enjoying the chirping of parrots was so much fun! I would rate this 10 stars if I were allowed. Thank you, Sandy, for the most memorable vacation we've had in a long while!

Lovely stay, wonderful host

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and we felt super comfortable throughout. You’re minutes from incredible beaches, local stores and bars. We took the bikes around the neighbourhood and the deck chairs to Siesta Key. Sandy was a delight - truly cared about our experience and made sure we felt like we were on vacation and not house sitting. 100% recommend.

Beach Getaway

My wife and I loved the Beach Bungalow. It made for a nice getaway for the two us. The house was clean and cmfortable. Coming from a colder climate, it was nice to be able to sit outside in the morning with coffee and admire the little hidden treasures through out the yard.location was great, close to beaches and good restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Thank you Sandy!

Amazing, immaculate property - inside and out- in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood but just a short drive from beautiful white-sand beaches and many great restaurants. The host is readily available and extremely helpful. We spent two wonderful weeks in this true oasis near Siesta Key and plan to return. Five Stars plus!

Quite small but well equipped and furnished; provides everything a couple needs for a great week. The property was immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to beaches and shopping and close to other sites (for example, Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, Historic Spanish Point, Myakka River State Park and Venice Beach).

Great lil place!

Sandy’s little beach house is exactly as described. Very comfortable and well appointed. Thoughtful touches throughout and spotlessly clean. We were visiting relatives in the neighborhood and it was ideal for us. It’s also very close to the beach at siesta key and a bunch of shops and restaurants. 100% recommend.

Nice quiet residential neighborhood close to the beaches. Decor is a beach vibe which adds to the beach vacation experience. Love the amenities including small coolers, beach chair and plenty of towels. Lovely, secluded patio in front to relax or have coffee or a drink. Perfect for one or two..

Fantastic place

What a wonderful property! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Anything you may need, Sandy has it! The patio is to die for! Had coffee every morning out there and sometimes breakfast too! I can’t say enough about this bungalow. Sandy has done a beautiful job with it.

Perfect fishing cottage

This cottage is the perfect getaway. It may be small but with the outside patio you feel like you are engulfed in a tropical paradise. 10 minutes to the beach for some fun in the sun or just in paradise and watch the birds

Fantastic Stay

We loved this house and gardens. It was so charming and well kept, not a thing was forgotten. Wander through the gardens and there was always a new amusing discovery. Great location, everything was just a short drive away. Sandra was a wonderful host, quick to respond to any communication and offered many suggests for things to enjoy and places to eat. It was perfect for two.

Delightful property

Sandra is a wonderful host who thinks of everything. She is very artistic and it is so fun discovering all the little details to her creations. Just when you think you have taken everything in you discover something else that is pleasing to the eye. With Florida being so crowded you get more of a feel for nature in her home then hanging out at the beach.
