This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully furnished, boasting a kitchen with a large island, large family room complete with sectional couch and fireplace, and a dining room that seats 8. Relax and unwind in the spacious, backyard that includes a screened lanai with a TV and couch, and an outside eating and lounging area. Or hop on the Legacy Trail that runs right along the back of the property. The trail is perfect for walkers, joggers and bicyclists that runs north of Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota down to Venice Avenue in Venice to create a 21.5 mile stretch of path. The house even has a small kids area with a table, chairs, toys, and books. We have furnished the house with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable including beach items like chairs, coolers, towels, toys, umbrella, and beach cart. Located only 1 mile from Pinecraft, Sarasota's very own Amish community, and 8.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, voted USA's #1 beach! This home sits on a quiet street and is centrally located to everything Sarasota has to offer.

Our 3rd time in this wonderful beautiful home! Located in central Sarasota close to everything you could Imagine. The home has great beds, Smart TVs great working AC and a beautiful updated kitchen. Laundry machines like new and there's even a Coffee Bar!! Do yourself a favor and book this fantastic home if you are planning a stay in Sarasota or surrounding areas.

Superb

This is a super property. Plenty of space, welcoming, wonderful kitchen to work in, clean and bright. Perfect sleeping accommodations for 2 couples and 2 teens. Outdoor area lovely and useful. Quiet neighborhood and backs up to Legacy Trail so very private.
Baking cookies for grandson’s wedding in the area.
My husband and son-in-law waiting for instructions if we needed more ingredients.

The house was more beautiful than we had imagined. We regret not staying longer because we truly felt at home! Jen made sure we didn't lack anything and was truly an incredible host! A plus point is the quiet neighborhood, the Legacy tráiler that runs behind the house, and the proximity to the beaches and shopping places. We will definitely return, our stay was wonderful. A Perfect Property

The property is centrally located and easily accessible to all areas of town. It was sparking clean, well laid out for multiple couples or an extended family and had everything you could ask for. Excellent Property

We had a great stay. I stayed with my husband and father in law so we could attend Orioles spring training in Sarasota. It was incredibly convenient. Jen the host was very responsive and literally thought of everything for the house! Tons of extra towels, blankets, nice coffee bar, laundry, bikes, and beach chairs. Would highly recommend for a party or a nice quiet getaway.

Home away from home

The house was in a great neighborhood. The house included all cooking essentials and household supplies. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the beaches due to a red tide in the ocean. I recommend the visiting Sarasota jungle gardens and circus museum.

Excellent property in a Quiet location

We rented this for a group of 5 for a family birthday party weekend in Sarasota. More reasonable and a better option than renting three hotel rooms for three nights in Sarasota. The house is spacious, immaculate, and in an incredibly quiet neighborhood. Huge kitchen. Huge island. All fully equipped. Beds were perfect. Living room was also huge. It has a nice driveway with parking for at least 2 vehicles, maybe more. Easy entry through a key pad. We did not have time to use the yard, but plenty of outdoor seating in a screened porch area and even a tiki bar. The rear of the property abuts a trail system that goes for miles if you want to walk or run or bike. There is an Amish bakery and restaurant less than a mile down the road. The baked goods are now the benchmark for the greatest donuts I have ever had. Cream filled long Johns!!!!There is not one negative thing I can say about this rental. Easy 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, and 15 to Siesta Key. Great central location. 3 minutes to groceries, Target, Walgreens, etc.
