View and location were excellent. The pool was very dirty but we may have arrived between maintenance. The unit was clean as far as bedding, surfaces and kitchen but needed a deep clean (dusty fans and shades and cooking pans). Communication was good but probably best to call instead of messaging through the app because it’s a rental company vs home owner.

We arrived after office hours but picking up our check-in packet was easy, and communication was clear in the packet. The condo was just as described, if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was the perfect place for us.

Great location away from busy areas and right on the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Great places to eat close by. We will come back!

Can’t be the location

The spot on the key where this condo sits is more than ideal. Walk to eat- drive a little ways to eat- and at all the fave spots. The condo is spacious and clean- has a bit of a weird layout and could use someone to help with furniture and decor design given the awkward layout. Well stocked with plates, glasses and dishes- plus utensils BUT not a single salt and pepper shaker or non cook spray. Anything you want you just absolutely bring. Don’t count on toiletries either- enough shower gel and a soap for one night in case you forget. Towels a plenty. Comfy beds. Keurig coffee maker and a Mr Coffee- with one complimentary coffee serving. Easy check in check out.

Nice, beach condo

Location is the primary attraction for this unit. The beach really is 20 feet from the back units. They provided some lounge chairs near the beach as well. The umbrellas were all not functioning and could use some new ones. Communal pool was adequate. Similar to a lot of vacation rentals in Florida the furniture was pretty dated and kitckenware random and inferior. Set up of the family room furniture could use some work. Ultimately, we needed a place for a few days on short notice and this place worked out well. Manager was responsive. heated pool, great beach access. and clean.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

We have stayed in 3 of the front 4 units on this property facing the beach. This unit is far superior! The beds were the best beds that I have slept on in any vacation rental! And the uncluttered decorated spaces and the open living area makes it truly feel like home away from home. This unit will be our vacation spot from now on.

Location on the beach

Updated kitchen with everything you would need. The location on the beach is great with 2 queen size bedrooms. Lots of indoor seating and lots of fans. The cushions in the living room and dinning room chairs needs to be cleaned. Also the tile floors throughout the condo needs a deep cleaning.

Excellent place to stay on longboat key!

This comfortable condo was a perfect location on the beach…beautiful view of the beach/ocean when we woke up and chairs where on the beach to watch beautiful sunsets every night! Restaurants within minutes. Beds where comfy as were the sitting areas. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Kitchen was good for all meals, just wish the essentials like salt and pepper where there. Close to Publix grocery store. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely rent again!
